Trying to get a refund. Robert does not reply back. Been 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just want your money. Trainers are very very poor quality. Plastic. Probably won't get my £64 back.

V poor quality cheap shoes, complete opposite to what is described on the website. Had to get money back via paypal which was easy tbf. But I know many people may not be able to, especially those who aren't good with technology and just wanted some good orthopedic shoes. V poor communications. Took over 3 weeks to arrive too. Awful plastic

This company is a scam do not purchase from this company have lost nearly 80 pounds and don't think I will get this money back read other reviews and see this is a scam company

If I could give no stars I would, what a dreadful company, product was absolutely dreadful nothing like the advertised shoes I brought, cheap nasty shoes, I am now battling for my money back as yep you guessed it, scam retailer grabbing the money!! Buyer be very aware, please don’t waste your time and energy on this dreadful retailer

Waited 3 maybe 4 weeks due to staff holidays.

They arrive yesterday screwed up in a clear polythene bag.
more like a pair of slippers than an outdoor shoe for Plantar Fascia.

Infact walking around the house they feel somewhat comfortable, but I wouldn't venture out in them.
They have no arch support.
I would return them! However I wouldn't fancy getting my money back.

They where only cheap (£42.00) and feel cheap.

Horrible company item not received taken money not replying to emails etc big mistake by using this company please avoid at all costs

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with as I have tried unsuccessfully to arrange for return of items I order but they are making excuses and will not deal with my requet they should not be used until their service improves.

Goods arrived after several weeks but were much too narrow to wear. Several emails requesting information for return have been ignored and an attempt to make contact by phone resulted in “mailbox full” response. I shall be notifying trading standards.

Oops, purchased a pair of cloud walk shoes before researching this company. Got the usual reply to my email asking for returns info.
Anyways, went on to my banking app, Barclays in this case, and selected the transaction. It gave me options to detail what went wrong with the transaction. Completed the questionnaire and hey presto the funds were credited back to my account within 5 mins.
Would assume that all reputable banks support this so give it a try..good luck..

As many others I was persuaded to buy a pair of orthopaedic shoes which are absolute rubbish. The package contained no information as to a return.

Sent an email and the reply says that due to staff holidays there will ge a delay in a response.

So I think I have also been conned by a disreputable company who buys cheap rubbish shoes and passes them over as orthopaedic shoes.

DO NOT PUCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

As below, order not arrived payment taken. How do this company get away with reviews on website.Have tried calling and email response as experienced by others.Wish I had checked trustpilot first. Will be reporting to trading standards and claim refund from my bank

I need very wide shoes and thought that the description on the web page would be just what I needed so spent £42.48. After waiting ages for delivery the shoes were absolute rubbish I could not even fasten the sandals as the straps were way too short and terrible quality! Naturally I emailed to get return details but like others I only got an automatic reply saying due to a backlog and holidays they would get back as soon as possible. After trying several times I have asked my bank to look into them especially after belatedly checking on Trustpilot. My current account actually gave an address in Leicester which was just an ordinary house not a company store..

Took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive and when they did, there was no box or Invoice or any details on how to return. When I opened the plastic bag, the smell of plastic was so strong, these are cheap, rubbish shoes and not orthopaedic as stated on the website. When I received them, I emailed asking for a full refund and an address to return them to, to date I haven't received this and just been told "due to staff shortages, there's a backlog of queries". I've now raised a dispute with my bank as I now know these are not genuine and they do not intend to respond to my email regarding returning them for a refund.

Rubbish company. Do not go near. I have reported them for fraud as they have not sent the sandals and no refund and cannot contact them and they lie that they are sent and use fake tracking

Paid 40 quid for shoes. Never arrived. Kept emailing and getting same email saying due to holidays it was a little slower. Robert ya lying thing. So I asked for a refund d probably won't get I can't afford to lose money though like everyone else. Shocking.

Shoes arrived, no box just in plastic bag. Not fit for purpose cheap and not as described. No arch support and very cheap looking. Have contacted company for refund but no response on where to send them back no replies to emails!! Wish I read trust pilot first. Learnt a lesson. Do not buy from this company they are scammers

I wish I had looked at the reviews here before throwing away my £39.99 + postage.
I ordered a pair of trainers from this company. When it arrived, the packaging was poor and I found a slit underneath the outer plastic bag.
When I opened it up, there was only one trainer in there, no box just a cheap trainer which was way too narrow to even get my foot in. They were substandard and flimsy.
I sent an email outlining the problem, in fact I’ve sent three, but each time I get a bog standard reply telling me that they are short of staff due to holidays so it may take a while to resolve.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
UPDATE:::: eTHIS COMPANY MANAGED TO FOB ME OFF BY SAYING THEY WERE AWARE OF MY PROBLEM, THEY DID THIS SUCCESSFULLY UNTILL THE TIME HAD LAPSED WHEN I COULDN'T MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST THEM. I was unaware of this rule by PayPal so my claim was rejected.
DONOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Do Not buy from here !!! Scam!!!! , I bought two trainers only one came after 3 weeks they sent a email confirming both trainers been delivered, the shoe is lot smaller and doesn't fit. I emailed them several times no answer absolute Cow boys

I ordered some trainers. They arrived but were different from the description and much smaller such that I couldn't get them on. I have repeatedly asked for return details by email and voice mail without any response whatsoever. I wish I had read the reviews first. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company!

Absolute cowboys. Do not order from these people. Trainers took over two weeks and they are terrible quality. If I can find an address for them I will be paying them a visit
