This is my second purchase from this shop and I cannot fault it. Got 10% off my last purchase as I ordered it online and picked it up in the shop. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the packaging is gorgeous. Really special in the green velvet box. Hopefully I get a gold gift some day from there myself.

I purchased a herringbone bracelet 6 months ago and unfortunately it unravelled somehow and was compromised. I brought it to my local Jeweller to see if it could be fixed but they couldn’t help without cutting and soldering back together. I reached out to Nichola to explain and see if she could help as I really loved the bracelet. Nichola not only said she could fix it but I could choose something different to the same value if I wasn’t happy. I returned the bracelet and Nichola and her wonderful team of talented craftsmen managed to repair the damage. I received it in the post this morning and am thrilled. Not only was Nichola super busy with a new launch, she also took the time to respond and action my request. Her statement pieces are beautiful and craftsman’s ship on her collections are amazing. I can’t wait to order more

Although I purchased online on this occasion I also visited the store in Galway before I choose a gift for my daughter. The staff there are always so friendly and helpful. They are very patient too as it usually takes me a while to decide.
