Jewellery is fabulous, even nicer in reality

Quick delivery excellent packaging nice product

Great customer service the girls were so helpful ordered both in person and online and always so efficient. Beautiful pieces highly recommend 👌

Really impressive customer service, swiftly and effectively took care of an issue I encountered with the courier - ensuring I received the item well before Christmas to avoid any panic. Really appreciate the effort they went through.

Earrings that I bought are stunning and clearly of a very high quality.

Fast delivery. Really like the chain but I thought it would be slightly longer and there are no links to make it longer but still a fab chain which people have complimented on!

Ór jewellery were such a delight to deal with. I had a last minute order that I needed within 2 days for a birthday present. I rang their store and asked if they would be able to fulfill my order as soon as possible and they kindly obliged with no questions asked. They also called me after this request as I had bought a letter charm and necklace separately, which were not compatible, as the charm would not fit on the necklace I chose. I was able to reorder and they refunded me my incorrect order. I got confirmation that my order was on the way 15 minutes after I submitted my order and it arrived the following day! I couldn’t recommend them enough, they had great customer service, attention to detail, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Shipped in less than 3 days. Well packaged. Girlfriend was very happy :)

Easy to order online and packaging was fabulous. Quality and item was stunning!

I ordered a birthstone necklace from Ór. It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged in a velvet box - a refined and delicate piece, exactly what I was looking for. It's light and easy to wear, and so eye-catching. Delighted. I thoroughly recommend this Irish company.

I've been to the shop in Galway and love it. I was so excited I could order online and have things shipped to me in the US. The shipping was fast and the packaging was beautiful.

Fab jewelry, staff and prompt delivery. Can’t recommend enough. Support Irish!

Loved the pieces, the packaging and the super speedy delivery. Fantastic Irish brand.

Fantastic I felt like I received personal treatment, magnet necklace clips are a game changer I’ve told so many people about them thanks to Alannah for telling me about them.karen

Fabulous Packaging and love my new Necklace 💚

Love both chains and the earrings but I must mention that the earrings are made very tight and are very difficult to get on and off and I have been told all my life that I have small ears

I have never experienced better customer service while placing an online order. The system was so smooth my order was placed at 8am on Monday and arrived at 9:30AM on Tuesday! I was blown away with how fast and efficient the delivery process was. The piece I purchased is also absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely be ordering again!

Bought 2 bracelets the clasp on one broke €65 the person I brought it for was not very satisfied with your after care this is not the first time I’ve had an issue will not be shopping with you again. Shouldn’t have to use after care but it didn’t come up to scratch

My daughter loved it. Good quality and great service.

Beautifully finished earrings. Lovely packaging 📦. Keen price
