I bought a cropped trench jacket from here. the jacket looks alright on website but not in physical, poor fabric quality, item was way too big. I paid £34.95 and had a partial refund which was £6.99. They said I have to pay for shipping fee so I agree with partial refund. But partial refund is nothing comapred to how much I have paid for the item. Total waste of money and also they said on website next day delivery but took 3 weeks, item was shipped from china. Terrible item.

Never received my items and they were bought for a funeral. Very disappointed

Really disappointed i brought for my holiday when i ordered it i thought i get it in time and it never came i've had no updates about it and i've no idea when i receive it which is pretty late now as i'm on my holiday's til 22nd june once home i shall return

I made the stupid mistake of not checking the reviews and ordered from this terrible website. I still haven’t received what I ordered and it’s been like a month now. Have emailed three times once to an email that doesn’t even exist. I have tried to phone the number on their website and just get a voicemail. I have had two “we hope you’re loving it” emails, LOVING WHAT??? Was supposed to be my concert outfit but whatever shein saves the day, despite the fact that I don’t want to use that god forsaken fast fashion app and get something decent from a new website but no scammed instead. Absolute joke and a waste of time and money.

Waiting over 3 weeks when they told e it would be within 3/5 days. Items come back and the quality is shockingly bad. Will be sending them back and will want a full refund.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Dress still hasn’t arrived and my daughter’s birthday party has been and gone. I’ve sent many emails without receiving a reply ! Terrible company

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. They falsely state that delivery to the UK is 2-4 days via Royal Mail, it is not, it is coming form China and takes about 2 weeks. So badly made, no hemming, loose threads everywhere and the material hadn’t been cut straight. On the website it states free returns labels will be provided and free retuns for UK customer this is blatant lies. You have to return overseas and pay for shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

So disappointed in my experience with Orizele. The item took longer than expected and when it arrived I was beyond disappointed in the quality and fit of the item. It was nothing like advertised. I am trying to generate a return and no one is responding to me! I want my money back from this shoddy item.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I am still waiting for my delivery and it seems to be taking forever so it doesn’t say that when you order it so I still don’t have a date of when I’m getting it and it is a suit for a wedding for my son not happy at all

Ordered a 3 piece suit for a wedding. Site says 3-5 days delivery however wedding has since passed and the item has not even been dispatched yet been almost 2 weeks.

Do not order from these item can complete different and when wanted a refund they give less than half price or return yourself which 30 for tracking the suit I ordered was only 38. They no what there doing this is a scam

Placed an order and they took my money instantly, but the package was never actually handed over to the courier. Tracking completely froze on "information received."
When I asked to cancel, customer service used terrible stalling tactics. They eventually agreed to the cancellation in writing but refused to issue a refund, making up ridiculous excuses about not having the funds yet.
Terrible customer service and zero accountability. I have had to involve my bank to force a chargeback to get my money back. Do not buy from them.

The company wants a review for an item. I would like to do a review but as they havent delivered it yet I can't.
Looking at other reviews I can see this is not unusual.
Not a company I will do business with in the future.

Awful Company keep getting the same generic email sent out saying they are looking into my order and why I didn’t receive it but that’s it as I’ve been waiting since March I’m presuming it’s a scam company. Very unhappy

I’m always very fair with reviews. However please do not use this company.
Been weeks now and no order. No tracking. I have requested a refund and kept chasing this up. It’s the exact same response I get which must just be a robot replying. I can only assume this is a scam site. Please if you value your money search elsewhere. I just wish I checked reviews before ordering.

If it gets resolved I will update this review. You’ve been warned stay well clear.
