I've had email asking if I'm enjoying wearing my purchase when I haven't even received it yet. I dod send email enquiring about it and was told it was problem with carrier.

It’s a scam. Don’t even bother ordering from this website. Ordered two pants and they never arrived. Spent over £50. The tracking update has been the same for ages and never changed. Stay away

I placed the order and went through fine, when I realised not a U.K. company I asked when will the suit arrive, eventually received an email of a long excuse regarding shipping issues, I asked for a refund as a week past and still no update on shipping, I asked again, both emails ignored and then they asked for a review on my order, which I still don’t have!
I wouldn’t order from these if you expect anything to arrive, dispute raised with my bank to obtain a full refund

Very poor service … same issue as previous reviews … payment taken straight away but never provided a delivery date! Slow response to emails and phone number provided never gets answered as goes straight to voice. Lost confidence that would ever receive items ordered so called credit card company and stopped the payment and got full refund. Will never use them again nor recommend! Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!

If I can write zero star I absolutely would, you pay for premium delivery comes in sub par times you try to cancel the order before the shipping label is even created they cannot , it finally arrived weeks after ordering (too late for my wedding) but you know what even if it had arrived the quality is shocking it’s nothing like the image it’s not even tweed fabric it’s just a printed tuxedo what a joke of a company I will gladly report you to trading standards for this con you are carrying out.

Company doesn’t exist and took my money, scammers

After 3 weeks I still haven't received my order. I emailed to enquire and was told there was a dispute with the courier. I would not have placed the order. Would avoid in future. I've been asked twice to review my product that hasn't arrived.

Gutted I didn’t read reviews before purchasing. Delivery still not arrived but I have been asked to review how I am enjoying my item. Know idea when this will be received. Perhaps give this shop a miss.

It is a scam. Do not buy anything and report wherever possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress i purchased looks nothing like it was displayed or described. Very cheaply made. Waiting over 2 weeks with no update about when it would be received. Save your money dont purchase anything from this site avoid at all cost. I will be requesting a return and full refund as I am very unsatisfied.

Don’t buy from this company. I have been waiting for my order now for 3 weeks. Keep fobbing me off with saying there is an issue with their courier service. Getting the dress I ordered is looking like a very slim chance and will I even get my refund for it! Don’t order from this website

You are advising me that I hope o have had time to wear my garment, I was meant to receive this on the 4th May it is Wednesday evening the 13th May and I still have not received my order.

Shocking - order on 19th April to get my order today!!! 13th May for a birthday gift. Not what was ordered, claimed to be cult couture which they have stolen a pic from, says fleeced liked but it's just a cheap jumper that is worth peanuts in comparison to the £38 I spent. I am reporting to trading standards as this is not on, falsely selling knock offs and not even good ones. About to call my bank to process fraud charges also as they don't seem to respond. Stay away from this company please it's not fair.

I have laughably been asked to review the item that I am yet to receive. There is no update on tracking and I was sent a fob off email saying they have experienced a delay but not when to expect. Really disappointed and will not order again even if the item turns up and is ok.

Once again another website who claims they’re based in the neverlands and are actually shipping from china. I ordered on the 6th of may and it’s been sitting on “label created” since then. As I need this item for a wedding I asked for a full refund and cancellation as it hasn’t been shipped or anything yet and they are lying saying that my item has already been shipped. Terrible service and long email reply aswell. Avoid.
