I would give 0 stars if I could, I needed the outfit for a funeral ordered it nearly a month ago when it said it would arrive a week after ordering, I’ve contacted to say I want a refund and order cancelled as the funeral has been and gone and it left me without my outfit, I’m extremely unsatisfied how this issue has been dealt with and false advertising the delivery date. I’m still waiting for a reply to the email I sent a week ago

cheap fake products to what you order and they do not take responsibility in putting it right - have started legal action to take this company to court

Ordered a summer shirt over four weeks ago for my holiday. The holiday has come and gone, and I’m still waiting.

After more than a month, the parcel has only just reached Europe, so it looks like I’ve still got another wait ahead of me before it even gets delivered to Ireland.

Great if you’re shopping for NEXT summer. Not so great if you actually wanted to wear what you ordered. Pretty poor experience, avoid.

Ordered on the 30th and I still haven't received the item.
No update about delivery either.
I've requested a refund, but not had any acknowledgment so far.
I won't order again from this company.

Still haven’t received it’s a scam

Absolutely shocking. There support email doesn't work. Had a automatic email from them telling me to enjoy my order without actually recieving anything. Contacted them without response. Rip off merchants

If I could give this company a zero I would. Said my parcel was delivered but it had not been. Then had the cheek to ask me for a review. I have contacted the seller multiple times to no reply. Waited weeks on this and no parcel at all and no way of contacting directly to see what has happened. Do not buy anything from this company. If I had of read the reviews before hand inwouldnt have bought from them. Please don't make the same mistake I did

Biggest mistake i made was not reading the reviews before order my regret.
The suit came after ages and oh my god the quality is soo poor and sizes not correct. Others are bang on that the response is crazy
I've been offered partial refund or exchange or if I want full refund need to send it on my discretion and I have to take responsibility if it goes missing. Partial refund is what I agreed to let's see how long this takes

I wish I’d checked trustpilot before purchasing from this company. I ordered on 26th June and as of today (6th July), the carrier Evri has yet to receive my order. I contacted the company a few days ago asking for an update or to cancel my order but have not had a reply. Tracking facility is a joke as status remains unchanged since I placed the order. Now they have the cheek to ask me to review my purchase. It looks like they ship from China,presumably on a slow boat. Avoid this company at all cost!

DISGRACE! Worst company I've ever come across. Ordered a suit for a wedding, no tracking for weeks, took nearly a month to arrive, by which point I'd had to buy an alternative from elsewhere. Suit eventually arrived looking nothing like what I expected, and about 3 sizes too small for a midget. Contacted customer 'services' multiple times for shipping updates, eventually got a response at the 3rd time of asking, no helpful info. Tried to cancel the order because it was far too late, nothing. Now trying to return & obtain a refund, again answering me at the 3rd time of asking, and guess what - partial refund only... This mob are absolutely disgusting cowboys, DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY. I now have a fight on my hands to get my money back, it'll be a day to celebrate when this disgraceful entity go bust!

Awful scam didn’t arrive awful customer support really bad don’t buy it’s Chinese stuff cheap and awful

Ordered a 3 piece suit. But after 3 weeks it has not arrived and there has not been any communication from the company and no clue where it is. I emailed them and again no response. I wonder if they will respond to this. The suit was due ages ago and now its too late. I asked for a full refund but again no communication.

My daughter saw a pair of jeans she wanted so I said I’d order them.
Received a confirmation email to say they had received my order. It then took 3 weeks to arrive rather than what they stated would be (it said 2-3 working days).
When we received them the material was dreadful and nothing like the image in the photo.
I sent an email asking for a refund. They said I could return as long as I had the original packaging and labels. The item didn’t come with a label attached.
When they replied they said I could have a partial refund or send it back and get a refund minus the shipping cost. I said a partial refund but before they proceeded to email me with the amount they were going to refund. They sent a email to confirm that a refund was going ahead, but I emailed back to say I hadn’t authorised it as I had nothing to say how much of a refund I was due. Today I received an email to say they have refunded an amount that I did not agree upon.

Ive been asked if im enjoying the item. It never arrived. Requested tracking info, requested answers for delivery date, same vague response third week waiting. It was a suit for sons prom. Needless to say we had to go elsewhere. I feel scammed and will be contacting my bank. Avoid Avoid. AVOID
