Didn’t receive item

Unfortunately had to give it a star I’ve been waiting for weeks endless emails … just tried to login in site no longer exists..
not sure what to do now ..

Took a month to arrive. Wasn't shipped for 2weeks. When the suit arrived, it was not as described. The suits are NOT TWEED. I would describe the quality amd fit more like a fancy dress costume. Awefull. I have emailed twice asking for refund and no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. EVER.

If it hadn’t cost me, it would be funny to get a barrage of emails asking for reviews for a product that hasn’t arrived after nearly a month! The tracking info hasn’t been updated since day 2 and emails are ignored. If you’re reading this whilst considering a purchase, here’s the advice: DON’T!! 😡😡😡

Do not use this company!

We ordered men’s suits for a 1920s themed party. Website details suuggested delivery within 2-3 days.

The suits are yet to arrive, more than 3 weeks after the party has taken place!

Appalling service, caused lots of unnecessary stress and disappointment

Very disappointed as yet to receive my order. Not any updates, no reply to my query.
It’s my daughter’s prom tomorrow, so she won’t be wearing what we have ordered.

Do not order from this company . It is an absolute shambles , no items recieved and zero customer service . Cannot believe I was daft enough not to read reviews! Lesson learned !

If I could give zero stars I would, I will be contacting trading standards and also the bank to return my money to me. Similar to everyone else I still haven’t received my item the tracking information is not updating and the email response from the company when asking for a refund was that it’s in transit so they are unable to give me a refund until I send the item back. The item hasn’t even been shipped. The event has been and gone and I am out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Item arrived 10 days too late and the return process is super complicated - you have to email them to be guided through the process and they try and talk you out of it. You also have to cover the return shipping yourself. Really wouldn't recommend!

One star and thats being kind. The quality of the dress i ordered is poor . I have contacted the store by email to return the item and they have not replied. Stay clear

Terrible service. Delay in replying to emails. They pretend to operate from Europe but expect goods to be returned to China no prepaid postage. This is a real scam. The clothes do not look like pictures. Real scam!

I paid for this 3.5 weeks ago and still have not recieved it. Not impressed at all.

Ain't received nothing... bunch of con artists. AVOID THIS COFFEE HOUSE SET UP....
