The buying process is very straightforward. Selected my parts and the PC was built and shipped to me. The whole process from purchase to delivery took about 3 weeks. There were updates along the way from a representative named Jay. He was very helpful. I received notification emails when the order was received, being built, tested, packed, and shipped with tracking. The quality of the build is great. Packing was very nice too. You can unbox yourself but two people makes it loads easier. I’m very satisfied with my purchase from Origin. Turned the PC on after unboxing and everything worked great.

Odette N. was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable- this is how it should be, and Corsair/Origin should be proud.

My last PC from Origin (bought 8-ish years ago) was the best computer I'd ever owned, and I've only been using this new one for a week but so far the experience has been just as good. Origin's builds look great, their customer service is also great (thanks Jay!), and the one time I had to ask tech support a question they were responsive and helpful.

Day 1 review. 10/10 customer support from Eddy Hernandez. Out of the box looks fantastic. Haven't stress tested it yet still in early set up phase. One wire bracket did come loose on shipment but honestly its expected in transit. So far very pleased with my purchase.

I bought an in stock PC online. They took my money and gave me a shipping date that came and went. When I contacted them they said there was a delay because they were waiting on packing material and gave me a new shipping date that also came and went. I called and they told me I should get a tracking number by the end of the day. They instead sent me an e-mail stating that they were out of stock with no return date. Now I am trying to get a refund. You have a lot choices where you buy a PC. Do not buy from Origin PC.

Despite some disconnect on when my computer shipped i still received it in a reasonable amount of time. It works wonders and i am proud to fall into the origin family

Flex helped me with all my needs and this PC is next level. Something out of a sci-fi movie. Extremely satisfied. Thank you Origin!

I’ve had my pc for about a month now no issues. Jay provided excellent communication from the start, throughout the build process, and with following up after my delivery. I did notice a good amount of static charge buildup when I removed the plastic film that was on the glass portion of my case. I guess it’s normal and I removed it before pulling out the foam on the inside of my case. I just didn’t see anything about it in the unboxing video, and thought it might be a good addition for those of us that might be in a rush to unpack things.

Very Amazing, Pc arrived fully intact (god bless ups), clean, and in working condition. Also its very quiet compared to my old pc, very good.
Customer service is also amazing, notified me about every step, and kept my expectations verry high.
The t-shirt and mouse pad I got as a bonus are looking sick, and are nice to touch.

I was worried I was scammed but instead received good service and good product. 10/10 would by new pc from them again.

What an excellent experience. Being my first PC in years (been an apple user), I didnt know what much to expect. I was updated along every step of the way by Oliver and the staff, and my PC came very well packaged, and most importantly, running flawlessly out of the box. The build looks great, and you can tell time was spent making sure everything was installed and operating correctly before shipping out. I am super happy with my decision with Origin, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality PC build.

I asked Eddy Hernandez about which PC system had the easiest water-draining maintenance. Arachnid or Genesis? He was very honest in his answer and helped me decide which configuration to purchase. He was also very helpful in answering some financing questions I had. I had a positive experience.
