Great build quality no issues mechanical or heat. The RTX 5090 did have a quarter inch scratch on the bottom of it, but it was out of sight so I did not make a stink about it even though I could for a 7K build..

This is my fifth PC from origin, 2 laptops 3 desktops they all still work fine and I have not had an issue with their service from the beginning.

Customer service agent Odette N was helpful providing input about custom build AI workstation, as the CORSAIR AI Workstation does not have pre-built options for sale with the advertised "up to 96GB VRAM" and "up to 256GB system RAM" available. Nor does the product page inform purchasers that adding a second GPU will mostly likely require an upgraded GPU. So, if/when the product page allows for that stated maxed-out stats package for sale, with 256GB RAM, 96GB VRAM, then I will revisit your product page and consider a purchase. If your workstations will be running Win11, then you will want to make sure that the OS installed on the workstation is running 'Pro' edition. Windows10 and Windows11 in 'Home' edition limits the max useable RAM to 128GB, even if the system has 192GB+.

Spent 4800 on a Laptop for it to fail in 2 months. After trying for days to talk to the customer service, I finally got in touch with them, only to have him ask one question and then tell me I would have to send it back for repair.

Ship it off to be repaired, and on Aug 22, 2025, I received an email stating they received the laptop on Aug 22, 2025 and the turnaround for laptops is within six business days.

Aug 28, 2025 get an email stating they are repairing the laptop.

On September 7, 2025, an email stated that your system is undergoing the final quality check phase before being shipped back to you.

September 11, 2025: An email: Your system is now cleared for shipping. You should be receiving an automated message from our system with a tracking number in the next 2-3 business days.

After a week, I sent an Email asking about my laptop, got back an email saying I will have to ask my depot management when they arrive in tomorrow.

No other emails received.

I have waited on hold three times to ask about my laptop and have received the same response: 'Oh, that's our shipping department, and I will have to ask them.'

All I am getting is the runaround on when I will get my laptop back, and I wish I had never bought this laptop from Origin and stuck with a reliable and well-known brand.

This is my second Origin PC purchase and my experience has been extraordinary! My new Eon 16-X v2 is exceptional. Origin PC has been consistently underrated and under-reported.

Bryant helped me to configure the perfect gaming machine for my son. I wanted to add a second graphics card (Which I already have) to my build. He was able to confirm my configuration was good and recommend an upgrade to the power supply that would be needed. Great service!

My first purchase with OriginPC was back when they were quite new to the scene when I ordered a custom gaming desktop PC. Prior to that I usually built my own but I noted that the price points were to the point where ordering it custom-build from Origin was less than $100 more than it would cost me to build it myself.

Fast forward to today and I have since been a repeat customer 2 more times. The latest 2 weeks ago.

The computer arrived 6 days after my order, incredibly quickly, especially given that I did not pay for expedited shipping.

Overall, I am very happy with Origin PC; their products, and service, are excellent. I have also recommended them to several friends and family over the past decade and all of those who have followed that advice have had nothing but positive things to say about their experience.
