Excellent, professional company
In the middle of applying for a mortgage and was told we needed an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which we had never done before.
Did a Google search & enquiry and Izmir Lici at Tall Brothers EPC contacted me via this and within a couple of days the inspection was done, payment for the service was made and the required certificate was received

Was after an EPC for my tenant (business) and Izmir provided me with a first class service. Did the EPC very quickly, came on time and charged what he quoted, which is exactly what I wanted. Would recommend Tall Brothers Ltd to others and I would use them again if I ever needed another EPC done.

I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get the EPC visit done. I was impressed to get the visit done within 25 hours of my enquiry and the certificate was available for me to download within 4 hours of the visit. Great service, very nice firm to deal with. Competitive price was charged as well.
