Excellent service
Izmir was punctual, friendly and considerate when he assessed my property. He was also very helpful when I queried his assessment of the windows. He gave a full explanation and when provided with FENSA certification immediately amended the EPC record.

I looked for EPC surveyors on Local Surveyors Direct. And got an very quick reply with a quote. Izmir came the next day to evaluate the property, and the EPC certificate arrived the next morning.
