The people that set up my account were…

The people that set up my account were very helpful, especially Titon and Mahir, they seem to know the correct way of supporting my small business, throughout the time I have joined OrderE. I would have gave them 5 stars, they just failed me with the worldpay device which I didn't need which was supplied via another colleague, I won't mention any names...unhappy with the time it is taking to sort out, still billing me for that machine even though not used

If you want to destroy your business

If you want to destroy your business, then make a contract with OrderE.

I currently own two businesses:

Crave Peri Peri

OrderE has caused serious damage to both of my businesses. From day one, this company has given me nothing but stress and problems. They never fulfil their promises and often deny their own statements.

They do not have proper staff, and most of the time they do not answer calls. Their staff frequently misbehaves with us, especially Zia, Salman, and Kaif. These individuals lack basic communication skills and professionalism when dealing with customers.

According to our agreement, if my monthly earnings were below £1,000, the charge would be £33 + VAT, and if earnings were above £1,000, the charge would be £99 + VAT.
However, in November, my total earnings were £954, yet I was charged £99 + VAT. I raised a complaint with the accounts department, but my query was never answered, and instead, my payout was stopped.

Additionally, the agent who signed the contract with us clearly stated that the EPOS system would be our ownership, but OrderE is now claiming that the EPOS belongs to them. This is a false and misleading statement.

Due to their actions, mismanagement, and unprofessional behaviour, I have suffered severe stress. If anything happens to me as a result of this situation, OrderE will be fully responsible.

To clarify again, all pricing, payout terms, and EPOS usage conditions are clearly stated in the signed service agreement provided at onboarding. Charges are applied based on the agreed commercial structure, and payouts are processed in line with contractual and compliance checks. Any hold or delay occurs only when an account query is under review by our accounts team.

Regarding EPOS ownership, OrderE provides EPOS systems for use under licence, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Any alternative verbal claims are not valid unless reflected in the signed agreement.

We strongly refute allegations of staff misconduct or misrepresentation. Our team follows professional communication standards, and we do not tolerate misbehaviour from either staff or clients. If you believe a specific interaction breached this, it must be raised formally with evidence.

We do not wish for any customer to feel ignored or misled. We kindly ask you to contact us directly so this matter can be investigated in detail and addressed appropriately. Please email cs@ordere.co.uk
