This company is from hong kong and no direct contact here in the states. Order product back in June no response until July 30th which is over a month by email saying sorry for the fustration and dealy has caused and would I like my products shipped. This is generated response from them. I told them send it!!! They created a shipping labe August 6th and still has not been shipped. It is now August 12th. EFF this company and the people who support or advertise them.

Was some confusion with the sale price, but they fixed it no problem. Although I was a bit nervous when I did not get a response till a number of days later.

Product is all they advertised and more. I'm excited to use it.

Ordered a 440 watt system from them around June 25th. Their site at that time said shipping within 5-7 business days. After about 2 weeks and no word, started emailing them with zero replies. After another couple of weeks and multiple emails, filed PayPal complaint. Still waiting for resolution. PayPal also is kind of a joke. They give the seller 2 weeks to respond and then another week or two to decide what to do, so it could be a month or two before you get your money back. Wish I would have just used my credit card.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They have zero customer service and there chat always says, " We will be back Monday 9am". How in the heck does a company completely get away with this? I have sent the multiple emails through there website, I have sent multiple emails through the purchase email. No response. Pay Pal will not give me my money back, even though I filed a claim and won in my favor! What the heck is going on?

Take your solar business elsewhere! As so many others have stated - I have not received my order and have had zero response from emails sent to customer support!

Believe the comments below. Ordered 440w solar blanket and solarbrick on June 23, 2026. Its now June 29, 2026. Website says 1-2 business days for shipping. No update. I contacted them on different platforms. No response. This company is horrible for about everything. What good is your products if you have no support let alone product. I will update if I get any response.
UPDATE: on July 30th, 2026 I did get a response from optisolex. Its a generated appology response. I did get confirmation they are sending my product on Aug 8, 2026. Still 1 star. I will update again if I get my product.

Since placing an order on 8 June 2026 I've been unable to get a response to my multiple emails requesting an update on the order status

I decided to put 440W solar panel into use for the first time, and while using solely USB-C charging, and noticed a strange smell. One block of cells literally baked off, now the overall power seems to be reduced. After this, on sunny day at noon I was pulling about 250W out, that seems to be quite short of design power - I did a short test before and the panels were delivering 350+. Guess, made in China...

I ordered a package deal during a 2025 Christmas sale which consisted of (Per their website sales add) The Kit which was supposed to consist of the 440w Solar blanket and included an S1 Brick. I added an additional S1 brick to my order as well. It took a long time, but I eventually received the Solar Blanket but the S1 Brick that was supposed to be in the package deal was not with it. I sent an email to inquire and was told that the sale price was only for the Solar Blanket and an S1 Brick was not part of the package deal. (That contradicts what their website showed and stated at my time of purchase however.) So although disappointed they offered a $20 discount on another S1 Brick should I choose to order one. Some time after the solar blanket had arrived, my stand alone S1 Brick arrived as well. I tested it a little bit and it appeared to perform. I am now at a point I would like to order 4 more and have inquired on how I can apply the $20 discount they had offered me but they are not returning any of the emails I have sent them. :( There is an option to order a two pack at a discount right now. And if I scroll down to the bottom there is an option to purchase a 3 pack at a discounted price, but when I select it it only adds one S1 Brick to the cart at regular price. Their Website needs work, and they need to start communicating otherwise the reputation is going to decline and become very negative and others will not want to purchase any items at all from this company. Also on their online chat feature, it is not working and does not connect you to anyone at all. The only option is e-mailing them, but getting no responses for weeks now. I hope they do better as I believe in their product but I may have to get some charge controllers else where if they do not respond soon. Hoping they can get their company in order and start doing a good business. I know others that are very interested in making purchases but they are waiting to see if I get any results back from the Optisolex company first before they are willing to purchase themselves.Lets goOptisolex, you have a following, you just need to support existing and future customers to make money!

He pedido una manta solar el 28 de mayo. Dentro de poco va a hacer un mes y tras varios correos electrónicos no recibo respuesta de porque se está retrasando el envío ni tampoco me dicen cuando se estima que vayan a enviarlo.
Muy mal servicio postventa. No contestan. Yo no me volvería a arriesgar a comprar nada en esta empresa. Espero que lo manden sino tendré que poner alguna reclamación de devolución del pago

I ordered a solar blanket back in April. Didn't receive any communications after a few weeks. I have emailed them on the 5th of May to which they said they would ship in Mid-May????. It is now June. I emailed again a couple days ago and have received no response. I have emailed again today. I will be contacting my bank.

I would be willing to wait if they can be trusted, but they don't even bother communicating.

Since my post amazingly my s1 block was delivered last night so all hope is not lost.

No delivery and no response from customer support.

I have placed orders with OptiSolex worth approximately USD 800, but I have still not received the products or any shipping information.

I have tried contacting customer support several times - on May 19, June 2, June 5, June 10 and June 11 - but I have not received any reply.

This lack of communication is extremely concerning. Until OptiSolex responds and resolves the issue, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered a Kit which included an S-1 Brick and folding panels ect. The order was incomplete the BRICK WAS NOT DELIVERED. I emailed the company and they said the Brick would be sent separately the second week of May . It is now almost the second week June. No S-1 Brick . They are not answering my emails.

I ordered the OptiSolex 440W 2Portable SolarBag (Kit) on March 10th. At the time, the Solexbrick S1 was, according to the website, scheduled to being delivering to Australia before the end of April. The 440W solarbag arrived safely about a week after I ordered. I emailed support on April 8th chasing a delivery date for the SolexBrick. They responded the same day with "it is currently scheduled to ship by the end of April". On May 9 I emailed again "wondering if you have an new estimated shipment date?". No response. On May 18th I emailed again, and noted that their website now said "shipping begins in mid May". No response to my email again. I've emailed again today and the website still suggest Mid-May!

Delivered June 13th. Increased from 2 stars to 3. After playing around with it for a while I will consider increasing to 4 stars.

I ordered on 14 Abril 2026 OptiSolex 440W Portable SolarBag Kit
The parcel received was not complete.
Items missing are SolexBrick S1 and the two extension cables.
I sent a few emails to request to fix the issue, but they are not replying any of them at 20 May 2026

Awsome product, it's everything everyone rave about. Support was Support helpful.
Came in time for my camping road trip to celebrate 15th years anniversary. I really appreciate Support team makes a big effort to send my order in time.
