The hotel was awful

The hotel was awful, room shabby, shower was smaller than an old phone box, towels were washed but visibly stained even when replaced. Power in room kept going because the room next door was faulty. Those people got a room change and upgrade, we did not. Fridge defrosted over night because of an outage. Pool bar and restaurant were not available, maintenance was being done to pool area and the paint was overpowering. Bathroom door was warped. Bed needed a topper because it was so hard. Our building was separate but the only was out was to go to basement and the use a labyrinth to the main building and then trudge up a level. There was no shower room to use in our last day. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very happy with the booking process and…

Very happy with the booking process and everything so far.
I did get an email directing me to complete a form for a traveler who requires assistance, but when you get to that section of the website it says it’s still in development. Not a problem as we could request the airport assistance needed via the Ryanair app once I accepted the flights. Looking forward to the holiday later this year.

Fantastic break

Fantastic break. Hotel was better than expected, rooms very large and tidy. Facilities great for the kids, with Aldi across the road for food/drink. Taxi rank outside hotel. Towels available for the pool. Competitive and good value. Will be returning.

Booking through On the beach was great and I hope to use them again for a holiday in future.

Great site . Confusing booking bags with flights

Great site but just a bit confusing with bags when booking flight. I booked two 20kg and thought I booked two 10Kg. Its not very clear on your website. Other than that good.

Really simple to book and pay in…

Really simple to book and pay in installments. Flights were perfect as was baggage. Hotel (Fergus Club Europa) images were of newer apartments and not as paid for in booking. This needs to be reviewed.

A scammer impersonating staff

A scammer impersonating a member of staff fraudulently accessed my account and cancelled my booking. There appears to be no physical way to speak to a human and I am incredibly upset and stressed. I need my booking reinstated and there is no way to get through to any kind of customer service. Shocking. Please contact me.

Was easily booked but what made it…

Was easily booked but what made it easier I know the hotel very well have stayed there 13 times I know it has been taken over. Last year so looking to see if the experience is as good as it always has in the past

We booked and it wasn't confirmed

We booked and it wasn't confirmed. Then a day later the booking was cancelled. We got a reason for cancellation as part of the booking was more expensive. This was not true, I would prefer not been lied to, if part was more expensive, you could have let us know how much more it was and we could have decided to continue or not. While our booking was in pending, we checked availability at the hotel and it was booked out everywhere for our dates. We are traveling with 2 other couples and they couldn't get the same hotel. When you finally let us know the booking was cancelled, we then booked a different hotel and the flights were then more expensive. We ended up paying €200 more than our original booking. You should know straight away if a booking is available or if it is more expensive. Waiting up to 48 hours is ridiculous.

Shocking service

Paid for 2 hold bags, but it was cabin bags that ended up on our booking. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, AI chatbot doesn’t understand when you have a query out of the ordinary and won’t put you through to a human being. Finally managed to speak to someone on their Facebook page and all they were interested in doing was blaming us and trying to pass us to the airline, despite us paying our money to on the beach, not the airline. Offered us a tiny refund that wasn’t even close to an amount that would have gotten us the 2 hold bags we’d already paid them for! Definitely be using love holidays, easyJet, jet2 etc for future holidays. Shocking service. Very short sighted

It was easy enough to book the holiday…

It was easy enough to book the holiday but disappointed that it didn't include transfers...
We are pensioners and getting sorted with transfers could be difficult.
