We had a really positive experience with OKS.
We purchased a built-in wardrobe, we were quite specific with what we wanted but the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Once the wardrobe was installed we noticed a number of scratches on the front panels. After explaining the situation to OKS, they mentioned the scratches likely happened during transport (Unfortunate, but these things happen). They were happy to help resolve the issue and had a SNAG professional come out a week later to remove the scratches. All very seamless and professional with minimal faff. Will definitely be using again.

I have done three kitchens using Online Kitchen Store and my experience from start to finish has been perfect every time. The quality of the product is excellent. Find a decent fitter and buy your units from Online Kitchen Store is my recommendation. The big brands are a rip off by comparison, as they mark everything up so much. I did one other kitchen using a well known high street brand and was an expensive and stressful experience.

Great experience from start to finish. All my queries were answered promptly (thanks to lovely Eve in sales, Ian and Olly), designer provided some good advice (thanks Jason). I had to change the delivery date due to building delays and it was no problem at all for them. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite.

I couldn't recommend the Online Kitchen Store more highly. There were a few things that really stood out to us;
1) The service. Eve was absolutely fantastic, she was super responsive and very helpful and this continued beyond the point of delivery, where we had a small issue with a unit but she worked to help us find a solution. When buying a kitchen you need to feel that the person you are dealing with understands that it is a big purchase and gives the sale the attention and care it requires
2) The quality of the units. All the units came with the doors on which was a huge plus, and are of such high quality. Even my dad who struggles to be positive about anything commented on the quality!
3) The price. We went for OKS's mid-range (Mornington range, which is beautiful) for the same price that Howdens were offering their bottom tier range which was chipboard and would arrive flat-packed.

I have already recommended OKS to friends and family, they truly are a gem! ❤

We spent months looking around kitchen suppliers well known ones with 50% discounts and small suppliers. We chose Online Kitchen Store from a personal recommendation and a couple of visits to there showroom. All staff were first class from design to delivery. The quality of the Cabinets and doors is excellent. I had a couple of extrusions that were damaged on delivery i sent a couple of pictures and the company arranged replacements immediately.
As with any design you need to pay attention yourself to the plan I missed something in the plan and it involved more cost on my part not Online fault but just some advice to spend a little more time on the detail.
We highly recommend Online Kitchen Store and have done so to a number of friends.

From the beginning, OKS has been really fantastic. Eve was really speedy at responses, and got us booked in for an appointment. We were welcomed by Jason, who shared a lot of his knowledge with us and we were impressed with the kitchen quality.
The quotes were fair and Jason worked with us over several weeks to ensure our design fit our needs.
We've had it delivered in time for Christmas by the friendly, delicate delivery people - Greg and Rob, who were wonderful.
Now it's just up to us to fit it !

From start to finish these guys made my kitchen buying experience easy and pleasurable.

I was able to visit the showroom, which allowed me to see first hand their attention to detail and high level of quality. Top quality hinges, drawer runners and larder units. Everything just feels right.

All units are individually made on site. This was important to us because we didn't want any redundant holes in the carcasses. This really does feel like our kitchen, made just for us and all at a competitive price.

All the units came fully assembled. Even the delivery person had pride in the product, taking care to make sure nothing was damaged.

I have no reservations in recommending the Online Kitchen Store.

Parts ordered in August with an estimated date of 22nd september but arrived and collected beforehand by a couple of weeks. Very prompt.

Fantastic after sales service from this company. Bought our kitchen almost 8 years ago and recently managed to break a fitting. Contacted them and within 2 days they had sent out replacement parts at no cost. Will definitely use them again.

Having spent 2 years researching all the High Street Kitchen Showrooms I came across the Online Kitchen Store via Google. Whilst visiting their onsite showroom I was delighted with the quality of the units. They even had other high street manufacturer units to compare against.
The staff their were very helpful and from initial planning to delivery all went exceptionally well. I highly recommend The Online Kitchen Store for Quality and Price. My Kitchen fitter who has installed many kitchens from all manufacturers was surprised by how sturdy and well built the units were. Expect a great review from him too !!

Ordered and received the kitchen in the time specified. Very impressed with the quality of units. Glued, doweled and pressed. Paint to order colour for the wall units was spot on. Delivery chap was very helpful. I was short of a couple of wall brackets and legs, but they were dispatched straight away when requested.

The only issue I had was fitting the bin unit, as the instructions didn't quite match the parts I had. But Ian and Olly responded immediately and were helpful in trying to resolve as quickly as possible - therefore very impressed with the after sales care.

The value for money is outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
