My designer, Jonathan, was really helpful and answered never ending questions with so much patience!
Ellie, who I had multiple dealings with, went above and beyond to help me find a solution to a minor issue.
The wardrobes themselves are utterly gorgeous, such great quality for a really reasonable price!
I have absolutely no bad things to say about them! Fantastic from start to finish!
If you choose to have someone else fit the wardrobes I highly recommend Alain Assembling too (recommended by the Online Bedrooms team) as they know exactly what they're doing and have it up in no time!

Had a couple of issues during assembly but found your customer service very helpful with information to assemble.

We had an initial call where we went through what we wanted and gave room dimensions. I thought we came across as serious customers as I knew exactly what I wanted. We were promised a quote and some drawings via email but never received anything back... it has now been 1 week. Not sure if we were not taken seriously as we are younger but I definitely would not recommend. Unreliable. Waste of time.

For reference, the name used to book the call was my partner's name, not mine.

Absolutely delighted with our wardrobe from Online Bedrooms. The quality is fantastic — easily comparable to much more expensive competitors, but at a fraction of the price. The soft-closing drawers are a lovely touch and make it feel really premium. Everything feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great quality without paying over the odds.

Very helpful and personalised service from start to finish. The designer listened to our needs and helped us create a media unit to fit our space. The team kept me updated throughout and were happy to help. Really happy with the quality of the product and it was fairly easy to install ourselves. Great company!

Customer service was first class, kept us informed throughout the build stage, prepared us for the delivery which was right on time.
Sent us in advance videos and instructions on how to assembly the unit. Everything fitted like glove, extra fittings where supplied, easy assembly due to all the parts of the unit being numbered and a written description .

As a family business providing design, supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, shower rooms & cloakrooms for 28 years, we are well versed in most variations of cabinetry that is involved. A client we have worked with for many years asked us to quote for supplying and installing a bespoke master bedroom wardrobe. Online Bedrooms had a reasonable rating on Trustpilot. A choice from the website was to organise a call from a designer to go through our requirements which I did. I was messaged supposedly by “Charlotte” from Online Bedrooms (who I found later didn’t exist)!! asking if I was looking to get a quote. I confirmed by return that I was. “Charlotte” messaged back saying information would be needed and could I spare 5 minutes to speak with the team. I confirmed a call using the online booking service for 10:00 -10:20 on Monday 19th January 2026 with “a designer”. On Sunday 18th January 2026, I sent an email to “the designer” showing a frontal view CAD picture of the requirement following it up with a .PDF drawing showing all wardrobe dimensions, a change removing the top box doors and the addition of 2 x bedside tables. Over the weekend of 17th/18th January, I carried out due diligence studying videos, brochures and registering for a trade account with Online Bedrooms. At 07:00am on Monday 19th January 2026 I received an email confirmation for the call at 10:00am. At 09:45, I received another email confirming the call at 10:00am. “the designer” called at 10:00am. “the designer” confirmed he had received all of the documents I had sent and answered a number of questions. Some but not all questions were answered. One particular question was a claim made that everything was built inhouse which “the designer” confirmed but when I said the Shaker doors were not made by Online Bedrooms “the designer” said they were and after checking said no they were not. (“the designer” said he had not been with the company very long). The call ended at 10:23am with “the designer” saying he would send an email providing the quotation and other documentation. At 10:30, the email arrived providing some really important information, the design proposal pack including a personalised quotation and the current Online Bedroom offer. I took the next 5 hours on Monday 19th to go through the documents sent. I sent an email to “the designer” at 15:46 with 15 questions asked. At 19:06 I had an email reply back from “the designer” answering 5 questions. The other 10 questions were either partially answered or not answered at all. At 19:33 I messaged “Charlotte” telling the sad story. At 19:34 “Charlotte” messaged back saying she would "arrange for a senior team member to personally review and address the unanswered questions fully". The message closed asking if a call back or a detailed email was required. I messaged back at 19:35 saying " a detailed reply was required". The final message back from “Charlotte” timed at 19:42 said "that's clear, I'll make sure your original questions and the previous answers are reviewed by a senior advisor, and you'll get a comprehensive follow-up covering everything". I heard nothing more so messaged “Charlotte” on Tuesday 20th January 2026 timed at 18:54 saying "Hello “Charlotte”, I have not had any information back but had a message saying information had been sent from “the designer”. On Wednesday 21st January 2026 timed at 15:13, “the designer” rang me and we spoke for about 30 minutes. I started by explaining what had gone on between “Charlotte” and myself and was therefore expecting answers to unanswered questions. “the designer” denied any knowledge of a “Charlotte” being employed in Online Bedrooms. That is when the horrible realisation hit. There was no “Charlotte”, “Charlotte” didn’t exist, the entire messaging system was created using an AI product. “the designer” eventually agreed to there being an AI system and tried (unsuccessfully) to answer the unanswered questions but failed miserably, in the end saying "he was busy and had to hand over the call to the sales manager". The “sales manager” (if he was the “sales manager”), was abrupt and simply asked what the problem was. I broadly started to explain saying I understood that “the designer” was new to the company but I did require questions that had not been answered to be answered. The “sales manager” blustered his way around at which point I said if that is how he intended to continue I did not want to do business with a company that has that attitude and I ended the call at 15:43. I would not buy from Online Bedrooms. The lesson here is avoid at all costs using the messaging system at Online Bedrooms.

We had a great experience with Online Bedrooms right from the beginning when they took the trouble to call us to discuss our requirements. They were knowledgeable and helpful, explaining what we needed and how the wardrobes fitted into our sloped back room. The company called when they said they would and delivered on time. The product itself was of high quality and fitted perfectly, we couldn’t fault it.

The whole process of buying with the team at Online Bedrooms was seamless. From responses to queries about their products, the ordering and delivery of samples for colour selection to then the ordering and delivery of our chosen media wall. When it arrived (promptly), the quality of the products were great, simple to follow instructions and once I had installed (myself - not a diy’er!) we were exceptionally happy with the look and feel of the finish. Thank you to the whole team at Online Bedrooms.

Great experience from start to finish from design to delivery to after sales. The wardrobes and study looks amazing and if your good at DIY you'll find it a breeze.

Great responsive design team, any issues immediately addressed. Used this company 3 times now for different projects in the house.

We’ve just moved into a new house and chose Online Bedrooms based on the very strong reviews.

I consider myself a pretty competent DIYer but this was a whole new ball game.

It is most definitely NOT a flat pack !!!

Firstly, the instructions are close to pointless and you’re constantly referred to YouTube videos for guidance.

The panels have names that do not correspond with the order/design or with the useless instructions and we ended up taking literally hours trying to work out what panel was what.

They didn’t initially include a full length top shelf that we’d ordered (not in their standard spec) but once this is fitted the top plinth can’t be attached - or if you attach the top plinth, the full length shelf can’t be fitted.

It probably took us 3 days overall to put the entire wardrobe together - and in the end, we were so disappointed with the end result, we’ve ripped it out and will start again with a company who we’ll get to supply AND FIT.

My recommendation is that unless you are a VERY competent DIYer and prepared to do a lot of ‘fettling’ - either give these guys a miss - or get a professional to assemble for you.

These are not for the feint hearted !!!!

If I could give no stars I would! We ordered the media wall, was a different design than the picture online! They said they are new to selling the media walls and admitted to it being a marketing error as we went for the larger one meaning the doors would be different! I don’t understand how this is our fault it also did come damaged and they have refused us a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fantastic bedroom cupboards, design and ordering was straightforward, thank you Charley! Our bedroom was not a complicated design but everything I asked for was incorporated.
The cupboard sections arrived on time, very well wrapped, I ordered the green with oak coloured interior and black handles. The colours and finish are very good, the cupboard hinges are very strong too. I used a local firm to fit in place and I am very happy with the results. They are fabulous and everyone who has seen them loves them too.....

To start with the designer didn`t get back to me for 3 weeks after the initial contact and i had to email the sales manager to get him moving.
My delivery was on Monday and by that evening after unwrapping everything i discovered that the hanging rails,shelves and bottom beam were missing, not even on the dispatch note.
On Tuesday morning i emailed the designer and had no reply,at 4pm i phoned customer service who said they were looking in to it but couldn`t give me any idea of delivery times. I had taken time off work and couln`t proceed because the bottom beam was missing.
No more communication until friday when i received a email from a courier company saying that they would be delivering to me on Tuesday, an hour later i received an email from online bedrooms saying that i would be receiving the items next week. No consultation as to which day would be suitable.
The delivery arrived on Tuesday minus the hanging rails which turned up on Friday night after more phone calls. But at least i could make a start with the bottom beam which turned out to be like a banana when i put it together. I can only comment on the Face Frame design the more conventional wardrobe may be a lot better but i basically had a pile of plinths and a frame which was 1380mm too small for the existing space as they could only supply standard size doors and frame. The method which they describe of fitting this is a complete joke, ie. use 17mm screws to attach the plinths to the wall and the frame and rely on that to hold the whole thing up and take the weight of the doors.
I ended up using blocks of wood as spacers to attach the frame to the wall to provide some strength and then fit the surrounding plinths once the frame was held securely. I have installed my own kitchens in the past but this was just a whole new level of aggravation.
This cannot be described as a made to measure wardrobe but really requires a joiner to install it.
The camlock inserts are plastic and can distort under pressure thus moving the frame out of line.
I ordered 3 drawers with no size specified which i assumed would be deep enough to hold clothes, Wrong, they are 100mm deep,more like a cutlery drawer. I have given 2 stars because at the end i have a nice looking usable wardrobe,apart from the drawers, but the customer service is awful and i would advise everyone to avoid the face frame design.
