I stumbled upon One Curvy while searching for inclusive beauty brands, and I'm so glad I did! Their range of products caters to all skin types and tones, and the quality is unmatched. I've never felt more confident in my own skin thanks to their amazing products. Can't recommend then enough!

Six months after my initial complaint about the Onecurvy eyelid strips I receive a standard reply asking me to get in touch with the company. I don't need to get in touch - just agree to send me a full refund. I see Onecurvy still has glowing 5 star reviews on their site - all as fake as the product they off load to unsuspecting customers. I'm not holding my breath for the refund.

You have everyone’s details and emails when we all complained and were fobbed off - reaching out to us via trust pilot doesn’t make your company look any less of a scam. It’s taken you 8 months to reply via trust pilot asking us to reach out to you well how about if you are a bona fide company you go through you complaints and reimburse everyone of them.

One Curvy has quickly become my go-to for beauty products. Not only are their products top-notch,but their message of self-love and empowerment resonates deeply with me. Their customer service is also excellent-I had a question about a product, and they were quick to respond and help keep up the fantastic works!

These are incredible.very easy to use and apply.Adhere well.blend in with skin.I feel they made a big difference in my look.

I bought directly from One Curvy and I was sent a box called Unny. Big difference in the price and eye products not the same. Product supplied by One Curvy from Korea is a cheap product called UNNY sold online for £7 and is not the One Curvy branded box shown on their pictures sold at £19.95, their web site states is UK company with 24/7 WhatsApp. Goods arrive from China after 3 weeks. I contacted them for a refund - got no answer. Fake Reviews on their site. SCAM AVOID

I, like others received a box from a Chinese company called UNNY. On the box it says 90 strips- there were 18!!! Complete and utter con.

I ordered a product from them almost 2 weeks ago AND paid for express delivery. I still haven’t received my purchase despite chasing it via FB message, email and the contact form on their website. In addition the tracking number that they sent me is fake. So this is nothing more than a con.

I am now looking in to reporting them to the regulator. Please, please don’t waste your money buying from them.

Absolute rubbish. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did it was cheap rubbish with instructions in Chinese and wasn’t even branded as one curvy. Don’t bother wasting your money, it’s a rip-off.

I agree with the reviews above. The product arrived and is not as described. Not a One Curvy product but a cheap Chinese copy, All the information on the 'Unny' package was in Chinese and no instructions in English. I have emailed them 3 times to request an explanation/refund. No reply. Will report them to Visa. So dishonest, a waste of money and sadly, a lesson learnt.

I haven’t received my order after weeks. I have requested a refund but not had any replies to my emails. So I am yet another customer who has been conned out of £19.99! Please do not order from them.

This company do not answer emails when asking for a refund, the telephone number on their website is invalid. An email on their website isn't valid either. They don't answer their 24hr chat on WhatsApp. They sent a product that was different to what was advertised and are not honouring their 100% money back guarantee.

I finally caved into an online social media post, your advertising was great! My judgement was not. Your product is a cheap version of the one your portraying online, used damaged goods. I have reported this to trading standards, I do hope people do the same, but fear they will just set up in a new name and do the same thing.

I'm not beating myself up over it as i'm sure there are genuine business out there, I feel sorry for them having to compete for business because people are just put off by "companies" like yourself.

Edit: cannot believe they sent me a reply on here 9 months after my bad review!! Agree with John. I ordered a good product from One Curvy and received a junk inferior product from a company called Unny which are not worth the money I paid for them. Do not order from One Curvy.

Paid £19.90 for One Curvey invisable eyelid strips, received a cheaper version(probably worth no more than a fiver) from Unny and no instructions and all in Chinese. Emailed Onecurvy got reply from Fetiny,they said that this was one of their other brands,but that is not what I ordered, now waiting for a replacement or refund.

Now trading as Fetiny. Moncef Moustaji runs the company. Address on Company House. Needs a visit from the Police.
