Curvy eyelid lift stickers are a total scam. Rubbish sent from China that do not work. Company does not fulfil their promise of a refund if not 100% happy within 30 days. The so-called “Emma” sent a generic reply to my email and has since ignored me, I am now taking this scammer further through a different channel.

This is a scam. They send the eye product without asking what size you want. They cost about £2 in shops from China but charge huge amounts to make profits from us who try them. They are absolute cheap rubbish that does not work.

Latest update 26/2/26. “Emma” from One Curvy has gone silent on me once again. Just to be clear Emma said a refund was issued before it ever was and also said a replacement item was sent. The refund did eventually materialise but the replacement never did. Evri are still “expecting it”. Again a reminder that then only way I got communication established was by using a different email address and enquiring about a bulk order. Then then fell over themselves to communicate. Since then it’s been a case of false promises and lies. They refuse to communicate by voice - clearly because this will prove the lie about them being a “UK based family business”.

Deal with them at your own risk. A dodgy company not to be trusted. Don’t believe their website claims about themselves - all lies. I only got a refund as I exposed them and they were more concerned about getting this review taken down than anything else. BEWARE!

Another email address pretending to want to place a bulk order - guess what - they replied promptly. Now having read this review they would like it deleted having “done all they could”. To be clear this involves not answering either of their phone numbers, not reading their messenger business account, not replying to any emails and not replying to any website enquiry form submissions. They claim to have acted upon receipt of my very first email but can present no evidence of that. They also claim a refund and/or replacement was sent. No evidence of either - but to be crystal clear there has been ZERO communication until this review seems to have touched a nerve as they want it removed or edited. Given the disrespectful lies in their email to me today I have edited this review with further details to continue to warn potential customers what to expect - to One Curvy I say this, since I now know this is one medium you actually read - I have shown I can use the edit function here, how I use it next is entirely within your control, answer the points in the email with honesty or more bluffing - it’s up to you. As I write this I still have an empty box, no refund and the only communications from you have been in response to my fake bulk order email and to ask me to take my review here down as you “did all you could”.
Balls in your court, but please, don’t disrespect me again.

“Emma” at one curry is very keen that I take this review down or edit it. For the record, more than a month after being ignored up until I placed my initial review I now have received a full refund. They claim a replacement item ( don’t know if that means another empty box or not ) has been sent. Weeks on still no sign which leads me to believe this “British Family business” is probably Chinese. Everything they claim to be on line is false. I offered them the opportunity to have a phone call with me so I can have the confidence that “Emma” is a real, U.K. British national whose first language is English - guess what - that is an impossible ask, but they will keep communicating with me via algorithm produced emails that try to give the impression of a U.K. located human being on the other end. They are not. In all honesty if they are another Temu I’d rather they were just honest about it, but the website is set up to give consumers fake confidence that they are dealing with a U.K. family run business - YOU ARE NOT. So beware. They list U.K. mobile phone numbers on their website but habe admitted to me these will never be answered. Wonder why? They have refused a real phone call with me. Wonder Why? Their response times is measured in weeks and only AFTER, this review was put up. Wonder why?
Next step for me is to visit the U.K. address on the website and see what’s there. Stay tuned.

Ordered the one curvey advertised 660nm red light therapy device for sinus and congestion for £19.90. Quick delivery however what i actually received was a Rhinitis Laser red light therapy device which is a lower specification to what i thought I was buying and can be bought for between £8 - £10 on amazon. Have email one curvey and all emails have been ignored. False and misleading advertising - don't waste your money as you will not receive what was advertised.

Well if you have £19.90 to waste then treat yourself to some nice fish and chips, that will be money well spent. Stupidly I fell for online reviews, but never again

My order took from 23rd September to 6th October to arrive from CHINA.
THE SAME PRODUCT " UNNY" is found on ali express for pennies!!

I ordered the One® Natural Invisible Eyelid Strips for £19.90 but received a different product from a brand called Unny instead. When I looked online, I discovered the exact same Unny strips are available for just £3.15 on AliExpress.

This is misleading — the product I received was not what I ordered, and I was charged far more than the real value.

I also left a 1-star review on their own website, but it has not appeared. Only glowing 5-star reviews are shown, which makes me question the authenticity of the feedback displayed there.

Very disappointed and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I criticised one curvy for taking so long with delivery and i honestly thought id been scammed but i must take it back because i received package today So thankyou .

Haven't received what I ordered .Will I never learn.Dont order from One Curvy you think its genuine but I think they are all scams .So my advice think carefully and look at the reviews which I didn't too trustworthy.

My item hasn’t arrived after weeks of waiting. I had one reply from them to say it was on its way. Wish I had read the reviews. I’m not even expect them to arrive now. Please don’t waste your money.

They don’t even deserve a star but had to do it so I could write a review! After a month waiting it finally arrived!!! What a complete waste of money and time. Made no difference to my eye lid I also tried putting 3 on and still no improvement. £19.90 straight in the bin. I wish I read the reviews first big lesson I learned!!!😡

As others have said, ignore the 5 star reviews as they are clearly fake or AI generated. It took weeks for the eyelid stickers to arrive. When they did there are absolutely no instructions on how to apply them.

It's such a shame trust pilot are not monitoring the reviews of some of these 5 star posts. If the use of the word 'empowerment' many many many times in many many many 5 star reviews isn't a give away then I don't know what is. It is a total scam for a dreadful product.

It simply doesn’t work. Took weeks to arrive. No instructions provided in the box, just a flimsy plastic prong which I guessed was for lifting and helping apply. I ended up watching a vague demo on you tube. The strips are sealed so spent ages trying to access them. Once applied, I saw no improvement whatsoever. In fact my eyes looked worse! Maybe it’s because I’m older and so have more loose skin above eyelid than someone younger…but isn’t that the point - they’re supposed to help lift the hooded eye? Good luck to anyone else buying these eye strips and it serves me right for buying from an advert on Facebook.

Possibly the worst thing I have ever bought. First order got lost then the pack arrived. Box not branded and cheap import from China. Strips are useless. I feel totally hoodwinked (pun intended). Save your money

Absolute con artists. Ordered eyelid strips as the ads looked great. They arrived and were useless. Wanted my money back on 30 days guarantee but they said they’d only refund 40% then they asked me to send them back which cost about the same as the product. The phone number has +44 on it but it doesn’t work. CON ARTISTS. AVOID. Should these people not be closed down? Scammers.

Not to be trusted. Don’t buy - you’ll be disappointed. Also - they have a reasonable trustpilot score but I think a lot of these reviews are fake as they are basically the same review written in slightly different words. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

Watched a video on Facebook of natural invisible eyelid strips & ordered them. The ones I received much narrower than the advert used & made no difference! No miracle for me. I even tried wearing them anyway & once you put eye shadow over them even worse they move & then come off.
Contacted company who would only refund me half the cost if I wanted full amount I would have to pay to post them back to China! I reluctantly accepted that.

Did not work, no instructions to help. So looking forward to using these for a wedding. So let down a waste of money.

Having seen a video on facebook advertising the eye strips, I purchased them thinking that they were from a UK company. I was surprised when they arrived 3 weeks later, that they actually came from China.
The product comes with absolutely no instruction, are almost impossible to remove from the backing, are difficult to apply, and then they simply don't stick.
I asked for a refund under the 100% money back guarantee advertised on their site, but was advised that I would have to post item to China at a cost of around £9.
They eventually offered me a 50% refund, and I can keep the item (which are going straight in the bin). Will wait to see if the refund arrives in the 5-7 days they say it will take, or I'll be asking for a chargeback from my credit card company.
