Not received anything g yet been over a week

Bought the eyelid stickers and they did not work at all, no difference. Contacted them by email, through SHOP and Instagram as they have a 30 day 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE but no reply, nothing! Feels like a con/ scam.

Item not as described, different size colour and brand. Had to go to PayPal resolutions to get refund.

Paid £19.90 for an item 6 weeks ago, never received it

Very poor quality product. Definitely not worth £20. Some people say it works for them but I couldn't get them to work for me - too flimsy and too long and straight in shape.
I emailed repeatedly with a screenshot of the 100% satisfaction or money back image from the website. The person who responded was friendly but I eventually got it out of her that the product had to be returned to China within 2 weeks for the full money back. We settled on a 50% refund but I never got it.
I always avoid buying from China but this wasn't clear from the website.
Just be prepared to lose your money.

Terrible company to deal with. I also thought I was dealing with a UK company. I checked for an address & it's not completed on the T&Cs so no way of knowing that it's China. They claim to give 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied - well they don't! You have to return the product (even though it's used & they cannot resell) back to China - so it costs alot because you have to send it tracked as well. Learnt my lesson - do not recommend & definitely won't be buying anything else from them

Don’t shop here be warned! Items came weeks after expected. Several emails saying package would be coming but it took so long I no longer needed items. Then to return it cost almost half the cost again. Rubbish customer service. I thought I was dealing with a uk company but in fact the returns etc had to China.

I did have a problem with the delivery of my item . I always say you never know how good a company is and how efficient their Custer service is until you have a problem. They were absolutely excellent. They listened they responded very quickly and solved my problem. Thank you very much. I have never used you before but definitely will again
