Despite having a terrible purchase experience with Onecheq in 2022, they have emailed me today asking for a review to go in the draw for airpods. So here you go. I experienced 8 weeks of wasted time over may-june 2022, involving 51 emails with onecheq.
I purchased a set of gym kit in great condition. They sent me items in terrible condition. They then got very confused and didn't know what they had sent me. Then they didn't understand what they were ment to be providing. We did multiple rounds of return / replacement of items, with no improvement, until I gave up and had it all returned and requested a refund. This on its own took weeks and weeks to be paid. Comms were slack and contradicting. I do not recommend this company.

Can't set a date in trustpilot more than 1 year in the past.

I ordered the items paid for it received no tracking or postage info and till date havent received the items either. Emailed them and got response that they will check and get back to me still no refund or product

ITS A HUGE SCAM

Top notch communication, bargain prices and fast delivery. You really couldn't ask for better from a company especially when it comes to all your tech needs as other competitors hike their prices!!! A+

I received my Xbox on time, and the entire process went smoothly.

Onechq is a scam site. They offer reasonable prices on an impossible range of stock. After promising 3 day delivery, 2 months later and a number of emails: nothing. Lies about damaged stock and reordering. Best avoided.

Ordered 2 Russell Hobbs slow multi cookers last year, and only received 1!!!
When trying to get a replacement or refund, these people just string you along until all payment safeguard expire, and then you have to ask your bank to step in!!!
This company is morally bankrupt, so don't waste your money!!!

I am currently waiting for a refund ($146) as "Jack" has promised me. I was told that the item I ordered was water damaged and I could either wait weeks for another one or get a refund in 10-15 business days. When I said refund, they wanted my bank details. Nope. I replied that they would have to get their bank to refund the $$ to me (I had done a bank transfer). I am really concerned now after reading some of these reviews as I can't afford to lose that money. If they don't come through, I will be reporting to police and tribunal. I have addresses for them and see they also trade under names Kalsac, Rewolve and Ninety. They have until 15 Oct - at the very latest - to put those $$ back in my account. Once I have my money back I will write an updated review. The sooner I get my refund, the more positive will be my review. Okay - it has now been over 15 business days and no refund. I've gone to my bank in the hope they may be able to get my $$ back. The bank says - if they can help - it'll take awhile as they have a backlog of similar cases. I am ever hopeful yet realistic so not holding my breath.

I purchased a ps5 and a 2nd controller earlier this year about february/march the controller arrived but the ps5 never did, when I reached out to onecheq I got automated messages and the generic response of I thought we had already sent it I will check with our logistics team. Don't purchase from onecheq they are scammers

I recently purchased a MacBook from the website Onecheq. Initially, I was promised delivery within 3-4 days. However, after two weeks, there was no response, and I had not received the MacBook.

After one month, the MacBook finally arrived, but it was in unacceptable condition, with numerous scratches and dents. I had ordered and paid a premium price for an item described as being in excellent condition.

Despite reaching out for support after the sale, I have received no response or assistance, and no refund has been offered. I strongly advise against purchasing from Onecheq.

Took them to the tribunal...also won! But this doesn't make it easier to get your money back out of them. Only way is to go to your bank and get reversal payment. They are a terrible company!!! They deserve no stars!

We went through disputes tribunal and won. But of course they don't care and still won't pay us the 700bux they owe. 'jack' has now told us the company is going into receivership. Does anyone know how to verify this? Wits end. It's unbelievable they can continue to do this to people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Purchased a fishing net. Never received it. Sent emails asking why. I was given every excuse under the sun. Asked for a refund. Told this was not possible as having trouble with logistics. Then months later received an email saying refund had been processed but it could take 10 days to see money in account. It’s been 25 days and still no money. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY.

company agreed a refund and never paid after 2 months so i took them to tribunal.

they eventually paid refund after going to tribunal.

the company pretends to have employees with generic english sounding names like James and Albert, however i believe this to not be the case.

please be careful using this company

I ordered an item from them and paid using my credit card, delivery of the item was delayed for several weeks and then Onecheq emailed stating that they could not supply and that a refund would be actioned.
After a couple of months of to and fro Onecheq have finally come up with the 49.95 refund, so dont give up on them.

By the time you read these reviews, you have likely fallen for the false reviews on this companies site and are kicking yourself for ordering a product which clearly does not exist from a team of crooks. They’ve likely lead you on for a few weeks and are now not responding to you asking for a refund. I just wanted to say don’t even waste your breath trying to appeal directly to them. Contact your bank in the first instance. If you have a Visa symbol on your eftpos / credit card the fraud team takes about a week to get the charge reversed and the money back to your account. Hopefully this company is shut down very soon but until then, contacting your bank is likely the best route! Good luck everyone

As background I dont write negative reviews, as people are normally under enough pressure as it is. In the case I onechq I am so disgusted by their false advertising and delay tactics that I will make an exception.
The goods the firm had for sale did not exist. They were planning to find a cheaper place to purchase the goods and then clip the ticket on the difference. When they realised they could not do it in this case the firm simply instigated delay tactics.
They keep responding to my constant follow-ups with scripted lies about the timing of the good being delivered.
After waiting two weeks, I requested that they cancel the order, which they confirmed. They then did not return my money. When I chased it up a dozen or so times (again), they explained that NZ was in recession and that they would get the funds back to me when they could. How they thought it was okay to have spent my money when it was sent to settle an agreed purchase that did not proceed is beyond my understanding. I never expected to get the funds back from the firm, hence contacted the credit card firm who reversed the transaction.
If anyone is in the same situation, I recommend you contact your credit card company immediately and request that they reverse the onechq charge.

Scammers! Dont buy from them!!! Been 3months no product arrived. Said id get refund but then say the apologise for the delay in processing refunds! It’s been a month. “Jack” is the contact that never responds to emails. 100% ripping people off

I did some research. The fishing rod I ordered was not supplied to One cheq by the company that manufactured them. They had listed the fishing rod as in stock but could not supply the rod within the time frame specified on their website. False advertising and would not answer all my emails.
Don't buy from OneCheq. DONT BELIEVE IN STOCKED ITMEMS AS THEY LIE!
