I made an order on the 15th of February and to this day, it has not been fulfilled. During this time, I have received inconsistent information regarding the status of the order, initially being advised by Onecheq of a 3–4 week timeframe on the 10th of March, and now being told there is no confirmed arrival date. In addition, communication has been significantly delayed throughout this process despite multiple follow-ups. They never respond on their livechat and they take forever to respond to emails. At very least, they are very disorganised and unreliable, and at worst, they are scammers. I will be having to file with the disputes tribunal to get my money back. This is appalling.

Police and government be like don't worry if innocent kiwis get ripped off were busy worshipping Satan.

Still waiting for refund — five months of excuses and no proof of payment

I ordered a **LEGO Real Madrid Stadium (Order #3686)** from **Onecheq** on **23 May 2025** for **$639 NZD**.
The order was cancelled, and I was told several times that a refund had been “processed,” but as of **20th of October 2025** no funds have ever reached my bank account.
After nearly five months and many emails, all I have received are internal admin screenshots — no refund reference, no transaction ID, and no verifiable proof of payment.

I’ve been more than patient and have now referred the matter to my bank and consumer authorities.
I’m sharing this so other customers know to double-check any refunds or payment confirmations carefully.

Did a layby with this company. Made all payments with NO issues. Total $1500 for a tool set. Thay claimed they sent products to me. Gave a fake name and fake address, claimed i signed for products and received products. No such delivery, well not to me, not to my address. Do not, i repeat, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. THEY LIE!! Cant put in date as calendar does not go back that far.

This company is a scam. Took me months to go through the court system to receive my money back. If you have been scammed do not lose hope. You can find their address

I think they are scammers, I have been waiting on an order placed over 3 months ago and nothing arrived yet, I asked for a refund and not heard back from them very unhappy with this site.

No product, no follow up no calls as promised and no response to my emails after the first two.

The sent me a ps4 with out a hard drive and now they are trying to refuse to do something saying they have got prove that there was a hard drive when they shipped it to me but not showing me, I have got photos that I sent to them giving my evidence but they haven't done anything

Bought a PS5 that hasnt shown up for 6 months. No reply to my emails and no refund. Stay far away from this company

ZERO STARS. Onecheq has ripped off my son for a PS5 and controller. A poor student's hard earned after school money. They sent a broken controller and no PS5. He was promised a full refund only after sending the faulty controller back. Still no refund has arrived after so many emails over the last 7-8 months. A police complaint has been laid and will be complaining to the Commerce Commission next. Now they only say store credit. This is not a resolution under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Don't use this company ever! They are liars; time and time again.

If I could give this place no stars I would as I have been waiting for a Grey Nintendo switch for over 10 days with only auto replies when I email them on every platform NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Do not order from them. I ordered a 1100$ phone and it was a biv scam ! They sent me a shitty Playstation microphone holder instead.
Now I have to try to get my money back.

Do not ever use this company. They are scammers and liars. They interact with you just enough so you almost believe it. But no product ever arrives. Endless promises of "urgent couriers" and false apologies. 5 months and my daughter still has no chrome book for school. I bought it with funding money from Te Whatu Ora as digital support for her disability. Even my bank has not been able to get back the money. I am appalled at the dishonesty and continuing lies. Avoid at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Anyone who has been ripped off by onecheq should contact Chris Lynch media. These scammer are still in business even after all the police and commerce commission complaints, so let's expose them in the media to finally put an end to this.

This Company the worst I have had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered product months ago. Never sent just the same old polite response from their man Jack like six emails with promised refund and personal follow up, Jack shit! Nothing. Will be lodging complaint with Comsumer. This Comany is fraudulent and should be shut down.

I clicked on ONE STAR but they deserve none!! Heading into 2 months of no product, no refund just a stupid auto-response from 'Jack". I have reported them on all the necessary sites we have here in NZ and even located details of the business owner. They should not not be allowed to set up business again! Scammers scammers scammers!!! My fault for trusting I guess!!! All we are left with is a couple of hundred dollars short and not birthday present for a disappointed teen!

All i can say is rather buy somewhere else, it will save you alot of time, money and headaches.

Google Onecheq scam and you will find an application for liquidation.
I see their website is still operating screwing over more people just before Christmas. Don't be fooled by those 5 star ratings. They talk about excellent communication and prompt delivery. That couldn't be further from the truth. Save yourselves a huge headache and shop from a reputable merchant.
