Absolute scam!!!! Please don't purchase from here. They took our money and have not updated us. Can't get through to their customer service, not responding to emails, item hasn't arrived, Yodel also said they need to sort it but they're blaming Yodel.

If you want an honest opinion here it is. This company is the worse scam out there. I can only assume that the other reviews are fake. Brought a faulty treadmill that stopped working in days. Tried to return and they have ignored me telling me to find an electrician. The product immediately arrived giving off a burning smell. Be careful and weary when buying cheap electrical products from this store. The advertising looks genuine but customer service poor. No working number and ignoring emails. I will now be seeking a refund through the small claims court.

I purchased a treadmill at the end of February which was delivered to me on 1st March. First off there were issues with the delivery in that I wasn't notified when it would be arriving or that it had been despatched the item just turned up one day.

The treadmill was purchased for light walking and has been used less than once a day since I have owned the item. On 20th July, which was less than 5 months of owning the treadmill, the item started smoking heavily with a strong smell of burning so I immediately turned this off at the mains as I was worried it would set on fire.

I contacted the Customer Service team asking for a refund as it was clearly faulty and less than 6 months old and they came back to me the next day asking me to send them a video - I did this even though this meant plugging the treadmill back in again which was a fire hazard after what had happened last time. A week went by and with 3 chaser emails I finally got a response just telling me it was out of warranty (apparently only 2 months even though all electrical items are normally 12 months as standard) and that I had to arrange for it to be repaired myself and they would send me the parts free of charge...how kind of them!!

I responded the same day explaining to them the consumer law and how I didn't want it repaired as it was faulty and I was entitled to a full refund.

Again another week went past and a further chaser email was sent for them to respond telling me again it is out of warranty and I have to arrange a repair by an engineer and they will send the parts. I have again contacted them to explain that if I had requested a repair under consumer law it should be at no inconvenience to me and shouldn't be at my expense (I would be paying for the engineers time and visit) and also that as it had happened in 6 months, this is deemed to have been faulty when received and I was entitled to a full refund and asking for this to be processed again. It's been over a day since I sent this and still no response.

Customer service is absolutely shocking and they don't care that the item is faulty. They don't respond to emails without being chased several times and are refusing to give a refund. If I could give no stars I would but avoid this company at all costs!!

They also don't publish bad reviews on their website as I have left this review on the item on their site and it doesn't show up - the lowest rating they show is 4 stars...such a CON!

I just brought a treadmill it's says super big , well its not I have tried to get in contact with them but they don't respond I won't be buying from this company again ..

My daughter bought a treadmill for £169 from Oncros over a month ago with her hard earned money from a weekend bar/waitressing job. To-date she still hasn't received the treadmill... Oncros, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves as you take money from YOUNG people and don't deliver on your promise. We have been emailing Oncros and live chat almost daily, but to no avail, as nobody ever responds....

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered a treadmill and it arrived unusable. When you switched it on the first time an error code showed, after that would no longer switch on, no instruction manual and no emergency stop key. Sent the stupid useless information they asked for and took ages for them to reply. When I did get a reply I couldn't believe it, they informed me that there was probably a problem with it so I had to source a suitable engineer to fix it and for the courtesy of doing so they would give me 30% of the costs!!!! They are laughing at us, send useless rubbish and in my case stole my £169.99.

Bought a treadmill, wires on show, screen won’t work and on button doesn’t switch on. Contacted them, sent photos and videos I cannot get an answer off them what so ever. It’s a SCAM, PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!

Where to start.
All the reviews on the website are FAKE. You can tell with how they are written and also my megative review was never uploaded.
Used twice and had probelms twice. Very misleading adverts. You dont get what is advertised but then they either dont repsond or try to upsell other items to make up for their mistakes. I bought 2 plate discs and received 1 disc and 1 dumbbell. Useless. I would seriously avoid this company and buy elsewhere for afew quid more and piece of mind. Needs investigating really

Bought a treadmill and it broke after 5 days, no power to screen or buttons but the power light is on. No response from customer service and 3 attempts made to contact them by live chat and email as I can't find a phone number. Need to wait 21 days before I can try getting the money back from my payment processor.

I ordered this product 5 days ago and it still hasn't even been handled, I have written support several times to find out what is going on and their support is totally unresponsive.
Starting to feel like I've been scammed.

I will review my review if I ever receive any kind of contact. Their phone number isn't even a business number, it is a mobile number that always says thee inbox is full which shows they never answer support issues.

I bought a treadmill which was delivered on time.
2nd use and it makes a knocking sound. Sent a video by email and no response.
I Called the UK number, but it keeps saying voicemail is full.
I reached out on Instagram, they asked me to send an email.
Unfortunately, I did not pay with Pay Pal. Loss of money

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!!

Number doesn't work, email never responded to, live chat never responded to.

Placed order and waited a week for any updates, emailed, sent message on Instagram no reply.

Finally got an email saying its ready to be delivered but because I live in Scotland they want another £80. Purchase order states free delivery and at no point did it state anywhere I needed to pay anything extra.

I cannot stress enough that you should stay away from this company!

FYI any issues you have and struggle to get any response from these scammers then remember you don't need to chase them up a refund. Issue a charge back via your bank if goods are faulty or like me never appear and they want more money for delivery. This can be done with debit cards as well as credit cards.

I was supplied a treadmill when doesn’t work. Customer service were responding slowly at first, asking for a video showing the fault (pointless when I’d told them the problem & double checked exactly where the power wasn’t getting through… but send a one second video showing a screen that doesn’t work anyway). Now been ignored on all platforms for over a week. Scam company; avoid at all costs. Now trying to claim the money back through PayPal. I’ve seen lots of similar issues and people commenting the same on all platforms.

Received bike quickly. Packaged well.
Started to put the bike together and found the belt was not attached. After a few hours trying to get it round the crank wheel I lost the will to live. No instructions and a very slow and poor help desk. The crank wheel is now buckled and bent rending the machine useless (even if I could attach the belt). I contacted Oncros about replacement parts and instructions to overcome my issue. There seemed very little interest from them. I don’t want to send the bike back, just advice to correct the damage I caused and access to spares. Poor communication, really disappointed.

Very suspicious activity in relation to my refund request. I ordered a curved treadmill and cancelled within 24 hours. I’ve requested a refund on multiple occasions but Oncros keep making random offers e.g. take £50 voucher to keep purchase / 10% off to keep purchase. I simply want a refund through PayPal ! I’m on my 4th request for a refund now. I’ll update once I know further… thank god for PayPal

I kept being told item is out for delivery, I wasn't able to leave it in a safe place, a neighbour or collect from local DPD depot.
When asking was advise they haven't sent it using this service and it would be returned.
After 4 week the company was still not able to deliver the parcel, we asked for an upgrade on delivery, after this email replies were lacking. But u do now have a refund, which is ok but frustrating when I actually wanted the product

Absolutely dreadful to deal with. Have been waiting over a month for product refund.

I bought a threadmill last march, i emailed the oncross support team as the machine is making a loud noise and have some burnt smell and told me to "get it repair as the warranty is usually 2 months only". How disappointing
