So they have their treadmill back and have kept the money we paid for it!! Please avoid at all costs as they effectively robbed us.

Do not use this company at all! My daughter bought a treadmill that actually hurt her when trying to use it, have tried to return it but as previous reviews have said, phone number doesn’t work and have had the most bizarre email conversations. At one point they wanted a photo of the treadmill in the box beside a bin!!! They have now just blatantly ignored our emails to try and recover my daughters hard earned money. Please do not waste one penny purchasing anything from this scam company

Do not purchase anything from this company. The products are poor quality, my treadmill broke a few weeks after purchase. I’ve sent several emails and have not got a response. The telephone number provided on the website also doesn’t ring. It also looks like they’ve dissolved the company from company house records.

Oncros instructed me to dismantle the treadmill, place it beside my bin take a photograph and send it to them. If I did this they would send a replacement system as per the warranty. Once this was done they sent an email to say I would receive a refund instead. 22 days later still no refund. They now ignore my emails and never answer phone. This is extremely frustrating all they have to do is what they promised. Obviously this company has no principle, no commitment and no customer service. Very poor.

The company got in touch with me and issued me a 10% discount which I have received, I am waiting for the replacement part to arrive, apparently my complaints went into their spam folder so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and I appreciate their solution to the problem of the broken treadmill.

I bought a small treadmill from this company, came broke on the display unit, all connections was snapped, funny thing is the snapped parts wasn't in the box, I sent pictures and got a reply asking for a video I did that and have been ignored ever since, would never buy from this company again and would not recommend!!!! BE WARNED!!!!

Ordered a treadmill. Was told I would get an email once dispatched. Never received that email. Got an email from yodel saying my parcel had been delivered to my neighbour, assumed it must have been my treadmill. Collected the parcel and it wasn’t mine. Was a totally different name and address. My parcel has clearly gone missing. 2 weeks of emails and phone calls (to a mobile number!) of chasing this I am still no further forward. Calls not answered, emails taking days to respond. The frustration is unreal. Nobody wants to help!! I have asked for a full refund and surprise surprise have heard nothing. I would never order from here again. Let’s hope I get my money back as I have no treadmill and they have my money!!
We received a faulty treadmill
We received a faulty treadmill. The instructions were tiny and barely legible. We painstakingly re wrapped the treadmill, took photos and contacted Oncross within a few days that we wanted to return the item. They keep replying with the same email asking us to take a video of the treadmill working. We are certainly not unpacking a large item as we took step by step photos packing it up. It did not state anywhere that should we need to return we would have to take a video. They will not supply a return address. They did offer us a 30% discount What good is that on a faulty item. We want to return it and receive a full refund. Disgusting customer care. We will not let it drop until we are satisfied, even if we need to take further action. RIP OFF company.

I bought a treadmill for £200 and paid by debit card on 26th May 2023. When it arrived on 29th May I realised it was to heavy and had damage to the rubber hand rail I contacted oncros on the 2nd june to ask for a refund and a return label it was 20 days before they finally sent me a return address in the meantime they offered me various discounts on the item which I refused I told them I wanted a refund they then told me to arrange a courier and they would refund the price and postage. I have now finally sent the treadmill back and waiting for my full refund.

UPDATE: 29/7/24 They gave me half my money back and i found out why it wasnt starting. I didnt have the red magnet. Its working fine now. 😬 Sorry Oncross. Where do I start 🤔 Purchased Treadmill. It arrived with no instructions. When I plugged it in, it showed E7 monitor which I was advised by a friend that it was something to do with the wires. Having no clue. I emailed them and threatened them with Trading Standards. They offered me discounts and I eventually accepted half my money back as got fed up. Customer Service was the only thing I thought was good. They always answered my emails. Sadly that was the only positive thing about the company.

Brought a squat rack from them. Was a good price but when it arrive it was clear the quality was poor.
I had it for 7 months and it broke. I wasn’t using it that much. Maybe once a month.
When I emailed they bluntly said they wouldn’t repair, replace or refund and I should fix it myself.

Ordered a treadmill and it arrived with 3 faults, one being the wires were all on show which is illegal. Secondly the power was going to the switch but not to the monitor which didn’t allow it to even turn on. Thirdly it was over heating the bottom switch. Tried to get a refund and all I had was getting was “30% refund”x then went up to “60%” then “80%” I managed to finally get hold of the bank and my claim and 3 months later I finally got a full refund. Now I am lumbered with a broken treadmill. AVIOD at all costs it’s a scam from start to finish.

I ordered a treadmill which was damaged on delivery after three months of continually contacting customer service the most they have offered is a 60% refund for a product that is unusable- and even then they haven't actually issued the refund. Have tried in every way to resolve this but still no contact. I will never use them again and would recommend you do the same.

All I can say is please do not waste your money with oncros . After loads of emails and photos of the damaged exercise bike they made all the right noises and when it came to the crunch no refund and no replacement. Now we are back to the beginning and they are saying they can not find our order. At the same time they use a middle man so to speak. To make things even more complicated. Keep well a way or loose your money. Our bike was a Christmas present that's how long we have been jumping through hoops and nothing. 🤬🤬

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a Treadmill, when it arrived it was poor quality and not in working order. Oncros will not accept return or offer refund. Very poor customer service. Automated replies. They sent me a poor quality video of a Chinese man inserting a screw, just in case I had done this incorrectly! Then they offered me a 30% refund.after 17 e mails with unsatisfactory replies and still no offer of refund I am now going to my Credit card company to claim as purchase is protected. Awful company which I recommend you don’t buy from.

Worried about the reviews. However my experience has been really good. Purchased a treadmill and it came within 4 days after placing the order. Works perfectly fine even though the piece you use to adjust the screen display was broken which wasn’t a deal breaker. Over all very satisfied and would recommend
