OnBoard is an exceptional digital platform, so effortless it makes work a pleasure!

I strongly advise against using OnBoard for any non-profit organization.

Our experience with OnBoard has been nothing short of a nightmare from the start. The platform is far from user-friendly, making even the simplest tasks difficult and frustrating. Despite our efforts to work through these challenges, we eventually found their billing and financial practices just as problematic.

We notified them well ahead of time that we no longer wished to continue with their services, yet they drastically increased their rates and demanded payment for services we believe were unjustified. Throughout the process, we felt pressured and even threatened with potential negative repercussions if we didn’t comply with their demands.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company has the worst possible customer service/business practice our organization has seen. They are unresponsive, have no internal organization, and came after us from a collections agency for an invoice we attempted to cancel for MONTHS. The negligence was WILD. Beware.

Onboard is legit, be mindful there's a scam site called "onbored". don't go through same mistakes i made by trusting recruitment agency in Australia.

OnBoard was my company's first venture into the world of online meeting management. We viewed several options and ultimately selected OnBoard because it was user-friendly and met our established needs. In the over 4 years we have utilized OnBoard, it has exceeded our expectations. Prior to OnBoard, all board and committee packets were paper. They were prepared in advance which sometimes required addenda when additions or revisions were made. We spent a lot of time preparing, mailing and, if needed, updating the packets. At the end of board meetings, the paper packets were typically left behind on the conference room table. Transitioning to OnBoard has saved a tremendous amount of time and effort, not to mention paper and postage. Some of our board members were initially hesitant to utilize an electronic platform. We have board members of varying ages and some have served for upwards of 15-20 years. They, in particular, were set in their paper ways. All have successfully transitioned to adeptly using OnBoard, including survey and electronic signature features. Our new board members are immediately introduced to OnBoard for onboarding components and rarely need assistance figuring it out because it's so user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Great tool for our board meetings. We use Onboard to store our board documents, create board books for meetings, and to get approvals for minutes and actions without meetings. It is very useful for this. It can be a little clunky if you try to use the other features (like annotations, etc), but for the basics it is perfect.

The OnBoard application is extremely user-friendly and there is a wealth of help topics available for use. The site is easy to navigate with an intuitive dashboard, handy calendar and resource features that keep information within easy access. The portal can be also accessed from any device making it extremely useful for board members even when they’re on the go. Customer service is excellent – we’ve always had a quick response to any inquiry. OnBoard also offers free, monthly webinars that feature product updates, tips and tricks from super users and informational sessions on various topics. OnBoard has become an integral part of the planning, preparation, and development of our board meetings.

The OnBoard Management Software is easy to use from an Administrator side and from the user side. It allows us to build agendas for meetings and attached supporting documentation to the schedule. There is a section that we can archive documents. We can send out surveys, vote through the portal and sign documents digitally. The price is reasonable and the customer service has been good.

OnBoard has become an essential tool for our board members. Everything is much smoother and even those who are less tech-savvy can easily use it. Our board is much happier because they feel so organized! There's hardly any housekeeping that needs to be done.

When shopping for Board portal software, we looked for a software that would be easy to administer and use, and was cost effective. OnBoard fit the bill, and we have not been disappointed. Training and resource materials are excellent, and tech support is responsive and timely. My Board members appreciate the portability of their Board materials that can be accessed on any device. Selecting OnBoard was the best decision we could've made.

This product has simplified the process of putting Board packets together, distributed, and filed. It is easily accessed from any device without any limitations to the user's experience. It has significantly helped in the administration of our Board activities. The support is excellent; never have any issues getting assistance when needed.

Our organization has transitioned to the OnBoard Platform this year, managing our 15-member board of trustees. Communication is so easily achieved with OnBoard taking your announcements and meeting schedules and sending automatic meeting notifications to the board. As Assistant to the President, my job in preparing for board meetings has been streamlined with the use of OnBoard as it will take all of your documents which are downloaded and create a Meeting Book for you automatically. What I love most is the click-on feature when in the Open Book format which enables you to click on any document within the table of contents automatically without scrolling through all the pages. We have already experienced a difference in how we prepare for our meetings; we feel like we’ve entered the high tech world finally without any hassle! Thank you OnBoard!

OnBoard has saved me hours of preparation time and has made our board communication more effective. The implementation team has been wonderful to work with, very patient and descriptive. The platform itself is easy to use even for someone with minimal computer skills.

OnBoard is very easy to use and utilize for our board meetings. Even those who are not tech-savvy can still utilize the product. We save a ton of time and paper using it for our board meetings and have excellent buy-in from our board members. OnBoard has a great support team and is so helpful to eliminate paper waste and help facilitate online meetings. I am so glad we have this in place when COVID-19 hit; we have been able to do our governance business easily and quickly with the software. I have had no hiccups with OnBoard and would highly recommend it.

We use OnBoard at least monthly but usually at least once a week to look up a policy or bylaw and having it right there with you at all time is so handy.
