You provide a "FedEx" shipping…
You provide a "FedEx" shipping number...which is a complete lie since it is in fact NOT a FedEx tracking number. You have to track your order through some BS site called 17-Track and it is not updated regularly - it has been 5 days with absolutely no update on their site. Now, It has now been 17 days in total and I still do not have my order. Fraudulent tracking numbers and ridiculous shipping times earns you a grade F.

Haven’t received it!!!
I ordered silverware until now I have not received it. They email me a track number and it not exist.
Several emails I sent and only got a review form.
Ordene un juego de cubiertos y hasta la fecha no los he recibido. Me enviaron un número de ruta que no existe porque no abre ninguna página de entrega. Pésimo servicio. Espero recibirlos de lo contrario deberán reembolsarme el dinero.

Very nice heavyweight set, the black shiny stainless steel is amazing! Even righ out of the dishwasher I would highly recommend these. Need to come out with a serving set!

Nice, but not quite black...
The quality is good, but they aren't really black like the pictures, more like a gunmetal. The teaspoons are tiny, pretty much useless. I still love the set, but it was a bit expensive for what it is.
