This company is amazing and their stuff are really well made and the quality is excellent! I ordered the mono 3 in 1 backpack set; the delivery company made a mistake and my package got lost. I contacted on black to let them know about the situation. They set up a new order order, and sent me another backpack set completely free of charge. Decent product, arrived when expected but had to wait for new stock. Pricing a little high for what it is ( even with the discount) clever marketing and presence on social media obviously works. Wouldn’t buy again

The bag is awesome. I got to travel with it and the attachments have made life in the airport so much easier. Doesn’t take much time at all to detach and reattach. Would recommend this company!

Super intrigued by modular backpacks and I bought a different one and the pieces fell off when I put it in the overhead. This one’s better you won’t lose the pieces, but I felt like putting them on and taking them off with too much work so I wanted to return it, but the return would’ve costed me more than the bag because they only gave an overseas return center. I guess it’s on me for not checking first but kind of useless with guaranteed returns and satisfaction if it cost more to return than it did to buy.

The bag itself is amazing, I carry the shoulder bag separately for now, but the overall 3 piece together is amazing, fits everything I need for my daily commute.

Good quality bag and good customer service

The product arrived timely and I was able to use it on a weekend getaway. The bag was great, able to hold a great amount of items. Compartments were practical and the detachable bags were very practical and useful on the trip.

The items were not delivered to me and on-black simply didnt give a damn. Let me do all the research about it, and even accused me that i might have received the items but lied about it to get a refund. Flushed $80 down the toilet.

Never received my order, was told it was shipped and returned because it didn't have the street address. Thats a bunch of bull. was then told they don't reship and don't refund. I lost my $88.00 these folks are not honest. Don't waste your money on this company. Do you really believe they have all the items listed on there site. Please be aware, try calling there phone # and take a good look at their refund policy.
