Great first time watch buying experience. James and Matt were very friendly, really informative and helped me through the process of buying my first watch. With all the original papers, box and tags, I felt extremely happy with, and confident in the Air-King that I purchased from them.

James sorted me out with a watch I’ve been coveting for ages - an unworn 2023 Rolex Deepsea James Cameron. Mint condition, box, papers, tags, etc. As part of the transaction I traded in another Rolex, and after a very thorough inspection, they offered me a very fair price. The whole experience was professional and enjoyable. James and his colleague Matthew really looked after me in their very impressive establishment. The quality of the watch I bought, and the others on display, were first rate. Who needs to go to an AD when you can visit Onaro.

Matt was brilliant from the start. I was looking for a rare Vacheron piece and he took days sourcing it globally. He presented me with several options but advised me to wait until he found one that he was 100% happy with. It was a very fair price and I’m delighted with it. So much so that I’ve consigned one of my other watches with him to sell for me.
