I’d like to try the product WITHOUT a subscription. I’m not a fan of subscriptions.

Simple, smooth and easy to follow.

Good so far - just hated that I had to continue to walk away to get a discount. Just give the best price options up front. Makes me feel a bit skeptical of what the process is going to be like come the next order.

***updated 7/31/26 - I appreciate finally getting a response from the company customer service (via this review)and my credit card does confirm the refund they said they completed. I have yet to check if they added the link to the portal, but I hope so. Buyer be ware!! It is easy to order and subscribe on their website but a return and refund is totally shady and impossible. They have a long drawn out refund policy and say you have to start a return/refund on their portal yet nowhere on their site do they give you a link or access to that portal. Customer service email does not get response. Awful!!

Good offers, lots of helpful information and most importantly this wasn’t just geared to young people who live in the gym. I am neither and just need to know how it can help a woman in her 60s. And so now I will try it for 3 months and see what creatine can do for me.

Ease of ordering, discount and free shipping

Just like everyone says, DO NOT engage with this scam company. They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge, make it extremely difficult to cancel, and do not provide the refunds for the products they shipped and charged without your approval.

I tried it and after the first month, I medically couldn’t take it. I cancelled the subscription, but per them not soon enough.
I was told I could return with no issue. I returned both packs in the unopened package it came in. I supplied both return request since I had to have one for each pack.
I received an email stating return was received and refunded. They only refunded for one pack and I have contacted then numerous times and only get a run around with no acknowledgment of my concern. Just standard responses on how to do a return.
This is beyond unacceptable!

After ordering creatine from OMNI I recieved an email saying that they had a delay, no problem. I recieved the creatine, never opened it, then a month later I get an email saying that my subscription order was on the way. I emailed and called. They said they had already sent it and that I would be automaticly charged. Honestly at $50. And I hadn't even tried it yet, I emailed and asked to return it, out of my $50 I got refunded $34.10 also to return it they make you go to the website and create a subscription to then cancel it. Its a bunch of garbage. Anyone want some OMNI creatine? Its unopened and I dont want anything to do with them. They are thieves. If you have a good product why do you have to steal from people?

UPDATE: this company must be in a country other than the US. Responses are very slow & typically in the middle of the night. I’m going to increase my Star rating based on the fact that they did refund my money however they do need to work on their ease of use for their website and response time for customer service. The response for this review was over 2 weeks.
OP: I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I wanted to try this product. I didn’t know it, but somehow it got set up on a subscription for $75 a month that I cannot afford. I have searched their website for contact information and can only send emails to which they do not respond. I tried the peach flavor which I liked the flavor but did not like the consistency & texture of the cube. It was not a gummy. It was more of a soft chew that resembled the wax bottles we used to chew when I was a kid. Kind of grows in your mouth & you definitely need a large glass of water to wash it down. customer communication is terrible and even when you find an area where you can login it only allows you to change your email address address and payment information.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company. If you want creatine, you can always get some on Amazon. In good faith, I ordered 2 packs of Omnicreatine at the discounted price of $74 for both packs. I was billed $134 for both packs. No discount. Each time I tried reaching out to this company via email (the only way to reach them) their response ---

I emailed them several times requesting the difference as well as questioning them why I would willingly pay $134 when they were offering 2 bags for $74. Each email was responded to the exact same way. I honestly believe whoever responded was "AI" generated.
I would not even give this company ONE STAR but I had to in order to write this review.

UPDATE: after much frustration and multiple communications OMNI did finally refund the full amount of 353.00.

Buyer beware. I never signed up for a subscription. The company automatically assigned it to me. I shockingly had a charge of 353.00 on my credit card. I have emailed with them so many times I’ve lost track. I returned all 9 bags of the creatine gummies and they only reimbursed me 30.00. I have tried so any times to reach a supervisor about this. All I get is the same auto response about how to cancel the subscription which I did. They just keep sending the same info. There is no phone number available. The only way to communicate is by email which gets you nowhere. I would never buy from this company ever again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. If you order from them they AUTOMATICALLY set up a subscription without your knowledge and start shipping you product every month. You are supposed to be able to return and they make it impossible. I believe when you write them all the anyarr AI. They have no phone number to contact them.
