The service is extremely poor. My order still hasn’t been delivered, and they don’t respond to my messages or emails. They are not making any effort to resolve the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I will never purchase anything from them again

Update from last review. Now 12 weeks without my tablet, no replacement and no refund. Had a phone 19th October asking if they give me a refund will I take my generous 1 star review down.. declined this offer but was told refund be in 3 days. 4 days passed to be told today no timescale on refund whatsoever, no replacement and won't send old one back. Order no 66726
So A1 Tech instead of standard its all in order reply, reply here with a date i will get refunded or replaced 12 weeks now so give me a date on here for your future customers to see, if you fulfill date I'll think about upgrading to 2 star.... thanks craig

WILL CONTINUE WITH THE REVIEWS ON ALL MEDIA PLATFORMS UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. THEY EVEN ASKED US TO REMOVE OUR REVIEW AND THEY WOULD REFUND US 🤣🤣

My phone arrived quickly but accessories ordered still haven't arrived after 10 days. No usable tracking info from royal mail. I have used the online chat but only initial response received and nothing for 3 days. Wasn't offered replacement accessories and left waiting
