This is the second time I have used A1 Tech Deals. They are very competitively priced and order to delivery is seamless. Purchased a new iPhone 16 on this occasion as they were the cheapest by far. Highly recommended.

So poor
I paid express delivery, unfortunately my order arrived incomplete. Not a huge issue, these things happen. I used their live chat to try to rectify. I started this process just after 1600. I was told by the AI agent that 'a person' would join the chat to resolve the issue. As it neared 1700 I asked if my inquiry would be dealt with before they closed at 1700, I was repeatedly assured it would. I asked again at 1700 and was told they were now closed. The message told me that staff would pick it up upon return to work the next day, this has not happened. As my order is incomplete I can't film at an event on Monday unless I drive 40 miles to buy what I need in person, whilst out of pocket for undelivered good from a1tech. I've submitted a complaint but had no response. These guys are great at selling, poor at customer service. I'm contacting my bank for charge back.

Parcel never arrived
My parcel never arrived and I got no communication or message from customer service. I had to chase and chase for a refund, very poor experience. Only rating 2 star instead of 1 because I did eventually get a refund.
Waste of time, would absolutely not recommend.

The only issue with my Galaxy Ultra 2 was with the initial set up. I chose English as the language then could not find an appropriate region. Choices were Austria, Croatia, Switzerland to name but a few. Problem sorted itself out when connected to phone. Don't know how but this was not a seamless transition.

Website is easy to navigate, phone was delivered quickly, I was kept informed of progress throughout. This would have been 5 stars but there were no start-up instructions with the phone and it is one I have never used before and being quite elderly they would have been appreciated. Apart from that great company, great service and would happily use again.
