Do not order anything from this company. Sent product back over 1 week ago. Product arrived back 1 week ago and is yet to be inspected. Product as to be inspected so a refund can be issued. No time frame on the inspection. Only computer bot response on web site chat. Very poor service.
I spoke with a rep called AJA and he resolved my issue.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience. Failed delivery and terrible customer service.
I placed an order with A1 Tech Deals on 14 October for a pair of headphones, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Despite placing my order and paying for the goods, my headphones still haven’t arrived. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication and customer service.
I’ve attempted to contact the company regarding my missing order but have received no response. When customers spend their hard-earned money with a business, the very least they should expect is reliable delivery and some basic communication when something goes wrong.
Delays can happen, and I completely understand that. However, ignoring customers who are simply trying to find out where their purchases are is unacceptable.
At this point, I’m left without the product I’ve paid for, without an explanation and without any reassurance that the issue is being addressed.
A company’s reputation isn’t just built on the products it sells, but on how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, A1 Tech Deals has failed on both delivery and customer service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering. I certainly wouldn’t feel confident purchasing from this company again.

No communication
Ordered 2 samsung phones Monday 19.10.26 paid for express shipping.
Now Thursday 22nd and aside from chat bots and AI generated emails no response. Telephone number given says that calls are not being put through ???
How they have 4.7 rating is a mystery
Update
Eventually found a number on Facebook to contact them. A helpful gentleman said he would try and find out what had happened and would get back to me. An hour or so later confirmation via email that my order had been dispatched. Tracking information is available so we will see when it turns up.
