Don't trust these! Chinese company so it's impossible to return or even get your money back, they make you pay for the return! I realised this too late unfortunately. The shoes I ordered came, nothing as advertised, the bottoms look dangerously slippery yet they were advertised as non slip and looked way smaller than the size I ordered. Avoid!

I have been purchasing shoes from Omega since 2021. This company is the absolute best at what they do.
I have bought shoes and if they don’t fit, they will work with you to get you into the shoe that is right for you!
So if you want a company to do what is right for your feet give Omega a try!

These shoes were so cute! I got them for my new job and I was pleased to get shipping updates every step of the way! And their customer support is the best I have ever dealt with!!! I recommend this brand!

I love the color and the comfort of the shoes. First time getting this she's n love it.will definitely start look for more style they have here . I work qw hrs a day and this shoes are perfect for this time of job.

I will never purchase any shoes from Omegawalk again. The website is misleading it appears to be US based, however the shoes come from China. Because the shoes are coming from China you need to size up. I was told I would be sent a replacement for writing a review and keep the pair that was too small, which I gave to the Goodwill. I did what I was asked to do, and my review was related to their customer service because they were responsive, this however I never received the replacement pair and of they do not believe in refunds which is another indicator they are a China company.
I’m going to chalk this up as a lost, because the price was too good to be true.

The only issue I had when I received the shoes I ordered was that I needed to get a size bigger. Other then that, they are exactly what I wanted. Very good material & vibrant, bright colors.

They sent me the wrong size, so I was disappointed. After reaching out to them about it, they offered to fix the situation by sending the right size at no additional cost. I believe that shows great customer service, so I am changing my rating to excellent! Oh, the shoes are very nice, too! Thanks, OmegaWalk for providing a better experience.

I will definitely buy from them again. They have great customer service!! Their products are high quality and they have great prices! They are very kind and generous. Which is really hard to find businesses that have good customer service. And this is one of them!!!

I recently bought pair of shoes and i found really helpful because i need shoes for daily work which needs more walking and long hours standing and on top of that i have plantar fasciitis.I made a good decision for buying these one.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been THE WORST buying experience. I ordered late November during their holiday sale, and I didn't receive them until the end of December after the holidays, past their 30-day return window. They have been giving me the run around ever since through email because they do not have a phone number. They send me all the same size shoe when i ordered half sizes, they did not show that on the website correctly or i would have ordered differently. I spent close to $400 that they are refusing to return. I used sezzle to pay and Sezzle says that don't have enough information. I'm still trying to work it out with Sezzle to refund me and get the refund from Omega Walk. THIS IS A SCAM. Stay away!

Do not buy from Omegawalk. They come from China and are cheaply made and cheap looking. There is no way to return them and not worth it to pay for a return. The boots I purchased are so bad, I will not give them away or to a thrift shop. Total rip off.

Customer service at 1000% my shoes were the wrong size and I had absolutely no issue with getting things straightened out and getting what I needed. I 100% recommend you purchase from omega walk!

The shoes arrived with good timing and were as expected. Unfortunately the sizing wasn't right (too small) but the staff have been helpful at rectifying this for me and offered multiple solutions. Thank you.

Omega walk shoes are very comfortable and their customer service is awesome! I bought 2 pair of snowboots and needed to exchange the size on one. I got a timely personal email back from the head of customer service with a solution to my query through the online portal. In the meantime, my daughter tried hers out in the snow and the grip on ice was great.

I am very happy with my shoes, took a little longer to received but I got them and I am happy but they do run small. I have to communicate with customer service and their response was quick and they worked with me to get my issue fix with the size.

Very happy with Omega Walk I ordered trainers that was to small Omega Walk replaced them with no hassle so 5 stars

I'm grateful to Omega for taking the trouble to replace a pair of shoes which didn't fit. They did it pretty speedily, too.
