Do not use this company. Like many others, I was completely fooled by their marketing. The website looks amazing, the information is 10/10, and the branding is impeccable. It all looks incredibly professional until your order actually arrives.
It took a few weeks to turn up, and when it did, it was shoved into a cheap plastic mailing bag straight from China—no shoe box, nothing. Instantly, I knew something wasn’t right. When I tried them on, they didn't even fit.
This is a complete con. They purposely send sub-standard or poorly sized goods because they know their return policy makes it impossible to get your money back. When I asked for a refund, they immediately tried to buy me off by offering a 30% partial refund. When I refused, they bumped it to 40% "out of principle" to stop me from sending them back. To actually return them, they expect you to pay massive international shipping fees to China plus a hidden 15% restocking fee—which ends up costing more than the shoes themselves.
After a massive chain of back-and-forth emails, I’ve given up dealing with their copy-and-paste customer service. I have now initiated a chargeback/dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.
Save your time, your sanity, and your money. Avoid omegalwalk.co.uk entirely.

I ordered two pairs of trainers from this company for my grand daughter. They arrived in good time but were unfortunately to small. I emailed the company to request instruction to return them for a replacement in a bigger size. Instead of meeting my request, they suggested that I keep the trainers and they would give me 30% reimbursement of the price I paid for them .

I explained that I would much rather return the items and they informed that, I would have to pay for posting back to China and from the 30% reimbursement they would deduct a further 15% for restocking fee.

I believe this goes against the fair trading standards of trusting customers and potential customer to this company should be very wary of their returns policy.

Received my shoes, delivery was about 2 weeks but when they came they were to small as per previous reviews so maybe up ya size when purchasing but customer service is greatly helping to solve the issue and I truly appreciate that. Shoes looks and feel very light and comfortable cant wait to recieve the right size .

I ordered a pair of shoes however they were slightly smaller than expected. The company has been great in providing an alternate pair at no cost to me. Would shop again.

Ordered from the company almost a week ago and received my shoes not too long ago. I was excited to wear them, but I ordered the wrong size. I’m normally a 7 1/2 or an eight in most shoes but decided that a 7.5 would be the better choice. I reached out to their customer service rep and they have been helpful and effective in finding alternative methods to solve this matter.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size but these shoes look as presented online. Squeezing into them, they do feel very comfortable so I'm looking forward to my replacement!
I've had a really good experience with their customer service so far as well. The staff have been exceptional, compassionate and understanding.

I recommend this company, the company tries very hard to solve problems with orders so that the customer is satisfied, I am an example of this.

Was looking for a good comfortable walking shoe. They arrived on time comfortable to walk in you can’t feel the ground at all it’s like walking on clouds better than the most comfortable shoes which is sketches.

Omega shoes doing great work at an affordable price. I have purchased from them multiple times for their excellent products. This time the sneakers were slightly tight so I contacted their support team. Susan Brown, head of customer service took care of everything. I highly recommend this company for solid and affordable footwear.

I ordered a pair for my mom who has mild arthritis in her hip and she loved them even though they were a little snug but costumer service was great and got back to me right away

The sneakers are very high quality and comfortable. I had an issue with the size and the customer support was amazing. I would highly recommend Omegawalk.
