good break

Nice hotel good driver(Lee}.The place we sat at wasn't very good in the theatre and we went straight to the show were as all the other times we have gone to the hotel first to freshen up.

Very helpful sales team…

The way in which the sales member listened and talked me through the whole booking experience. He was also able to confirm the arrangements for a member of our trip who had limited mobility

Such a great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. I have forgotten the drivers name, but I was so impressed with him. He was great with some other passengers who had a problem with the event that were attending. And he was also just very informative and helpful all around.

The show we saw was The Lion King which was fab and we really enjoyed our time wandering around with some free time before the show began.

The hotel was great, nice clean and breakfast was dope.

We had ample time in central London on the 2nd day to go and do some sight seeing and shopping before travelling back home!

Cant wait for our next trip!

Straightforward phone booking process…

Straightforward phone booking process with advice at each stage in the process. I'd give them 5 stars except I really think you should be able to book online which is less prone to error

Hotel/ Cirque du Soleil fine, but not

The hotel was fine for a couple of nights, although it the room had the worst lighting of all the hotels rooms I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was disappointing, considering the Stamford Bridge Hotel is supposed to be 4 star. The Cirque du Soleil was excellent, although the seats we were allocated in the very top row at the Royal Albert Hall did not seem to be the ones I had paid £40 extra for. I am still trying to get a response from Omega Travel. Their Customer Service is extremely disappointing. They do not answer the phone, and took 5 days to respond to my email, even though they say a maximum of 3 working days. Now this matter has been raised as a complaint and I have to wait a further 14 days for an answer. I would not book with them again.

Not exceptional, just did what they had to

Tickets could have been sent when I paid rather than months later 2 weeks or so before the event. Left me wondering what seats I'd been allocated.
Also if they must ask for a review do so once not repeatedly as I was tempted to give a lower rating due to pestering

A welcoming driver

A welcoming driver, a very good hotel with an excellent breakfast and a super show. I have been on quite a few of your weekend trips before, but this was the first time I have done a Thursday/Friday trip. Excellent. Being dropped off in London as soon as we arrived rather than travelling to the hotel first then returning to London is an excellent idea.

Stamford Bridge Hotel and Hamilton

Omega kept us in touch beforehand so that there were no unexpected situations. The hotel was excellent, clean, comfortable and the staff were most attentive. The theatre seats we were allocated were good and we had an uninterrupted view of the stage. Breakfast in the morning was good with lots of choices. Well worth a visit. Only one slight problem in that the hotel had a change of name when we arrived so it was a little difficult to find initially.

Overall very good

Good coach drivers, very informative. Hotel very good, comfortable and good breakfast. Theatre seats were very poor, couldn’t see the whole stage so we moved after the show started to empty seats with a better view.

London theatre

Prompt pickups and transfers. Good driver communication. Nice comfortable hotel room.
Plenty of time in London 2nd day. Great show.

Great Hotel and Location

We had a lovely couple of nights staying at the Stamford Bridge Hotel, situated at the Chelsea Football ground. Well appointed rooms with Tv, coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was included, which offered a good choice. Steve was very helpful and friendly. We saw the musical Hamilton, which was included in the two night stay and was excellent. We would highly recommend this offer.

Our hotel room wasn’t ready in time for…

Our hotel room wasn’t ready in time for us to make it to the show that we had booked in the package. This meant I had to change in the ladies toilets. NOT ideal. Room was ready on return at 10pm, but it would have been nice to have been able to freshen up before going out.

We had a great time. Some others on the same trip had issues with the hotel - the hotel’s problem though not Omega
