The chocolates arrived I. Good condition and were the selection I had chosen.

The chocolates I have are for gifts so I cannot give personal feedback yet. However I have tried some early November that were a gift for me from my daughter following a shop visit and they were great. This is what Ive based my review on.

Used this company online a few times recently as my sister had been holidaying in the Lake District and brought some back to me and I just had to have more.

Wonderful creamy chocolate and always a nice thick covering of fillings. A reasonable price for a very good product. Well packaged and delivered promptly.

I wish they would sell, online, the milk chocolate lime creams which we bought in the shop in the summer.

Can't fault the Chocolates l have bought them many times when in Ambleside This is the first time l have ordered online but the delivery by Royal Mail was woeful due on the Friday morning then Saturday and eventually came late on the Monday evening

Amazing chocolates and brilliant customer service. I enquired as to whether my order could be processed faster as it was for my mother's upcoming birthday and they were very happy to help me, ensuring that my mum received them before her birthday. I have had these chocolates many times before and they are by far the best chocolates I have ever eaten. I can thoroughly recommend the Old Bank House Chocolate Shop if you are wanting quality chocolates.

Speedy delivery, love that they delayed posting because of the heatwave so you didn’t get mushy chocolates delivered. Chocolates were lovely and felt a bit more special. Will be ordering again for Xmas gifts

The chocolates are amazing, the packaging was done with impressive care and attention, items individually wrapped. My only complaint would be that none of the chocolates have a Best Before date. I do often eat them after the date given but very useful to have a guideline from the manufacturer, the one with the most information. Also, as I limit my weekend choc intake to 200g, the weight would be good. I know of no other chocolate manufacturer who does not put on a best before date. Indeed I understood it was illegal though things may have changed.
I hesitated to write a review because your chocolates are delicious and I didn’t want to take anything away from them. However, receiving at least 4 emails requesting a review I feel piqued enough to give my honest opinion.

I’m always on the hunt for some ‘posh’ chocolates, I’ve tried a few sites but found this one randomly and I was not disappointed! These have got to be the best chocolates I’ve every tasted! No they aren’t cheap, but it’s a case of quality not quantity! Will definitely order some more, already told my hubbie i want some for Xmas.
A must for any chocoholic.
