Great service
When I email with a query the staff in the Forfar branch are always very quick at coming back to me. I have a caravan that needs to be moved out of the way before I get an oil delivery, so I require a few days notice, which they always do.

Brilliant service from Oilfast Inverness ! Ordered heating oil afternoon of the 12th / it was delivered morning of the 13th ! Can’t fault that for speed ! My previous supplier I would wait over a week / during the last oil crisis they told me to use all I had in my tank !
This is a massive improvement! A big thank you to Stewart ( delivery driver ) so very helpful thoughtful/ genuine the kind customers remember long after conversation ends ! Highly recommended!

The customer service staff in the Inverness office and the drivers are polite and friendly the only issue I have had is out of the last 5 orders over the last year 3 did not arrive and when phoning my order was not even on the system.

Very quick recent delivery after I had been sick and not checked the tank, which was at oops ‘better order some oil’ level. Usual great courteous service from the Forfar Oilfast team.
I have a monthly payment account and although I don’t know if I am getting the lowest price for my oil it’s worth staying with them just for the overall service the office staff and drivers provide (maybe Oilfast could initiate a loyalty program?). Experience to date would indicate a truly customer focused business

Overcharged
I didn’t like my tank took less than I estimated when I ordered. You charged me the full amount for the original order. When I queried this, you had credited my account with you with the difference. I requested my credit card be refunded but I am still waiting nearly 4 weeks later.
