I got a beautiful dress and a red woollen jacket I live in the mountains it snows here and even though the coat is not waterproof it is definitely warm I got alot of complements on the dress and the coat I can't wait to buy off this website again highly recommended!

I paid to express post the item I purchased and it was not sent express post. I had to then go and buy the dress again as I didn't receive it in time for my event. I sent an email with regards to my purchase requesting a full refund of the dress and the express postage cost but no one even acknowledged or replied to my email.

Very poor online customer service
Got sent faulty earrings and sent an email about it with no reply, also 2 weeks after placing my order I had one of my items removed from my order without being given a reason, and during this time I was under the impression all of my items were already sent and on their way. Super poor form and never shopping online Off Ya Tree again.

I bought the items a week and a half ago, only got notified yesterday of was out of stock or didn't reach quality control.
Annoying i've had to wait so long and will not have wait probably another week to receive purchases.
