Terry found us a great clinic space in the North East when other sources were struggling to come up with something accessible for clients with access/mobility issues. We are now able to enjoy a central location, with great transport links, a lovely cafe on site for our expansion. Thanks Terry! Highly recommend

We openly discussed our requirements and constraints, they were knowledgeable and upfront about the margins of price negotiation, and they were able to secure an excellent office for our expected price range, within less than a week.
