I had a really good experience with Jon Ward and we viewed and signed up for our new office space within 1 day! He took time to understand our requirements, gave a brilliant list of options and offered new solutions as we discounted certain properties. Communication was excellent and he made me feel like I was the most important client for that day. I will definitely go straight back to Jon for any new requirements going forward.

I had such a brilliant experience working with Demi at Office Freedom. Our requirements were quite unclear at the start and Demi took the time to sit down and truly understand the nature of our business and provide recommendations on offices based on our business needs. She was always incredibly responsive, kind and honest throughout the search and I'm pleased to say we are now in our first office, a huge company milestone, thanks to Demi and Office Freedom. Tom was courteous, detail oriented, and personable- a pleasure to work with. Owing to circumstances beyond our control, we lost the original budget that we started with, but Tom was both optimistic and flexible with all of our needs as a client and successfully advocated on our behalf to achieve a new office space that met our requirements in remarkably short period of time, from viewing to deposit in less than 20 days. Speed and efficiency of communication with the landlord was beyond and regular one to one communication at all times with the client.
With Office Freedom, unlike so many others, you dont get treated like a number, there seems to be a personal approach to each letting. I would highly recommend their services based on my experience with Tom.
