Working with OctaGroup for both our logo and website design has been a wonderful experience. Ross in particular was a pleasure to work with, providing constant communication and updates throughout the entire process. The design team did an outstanding job as the finished product is better than we could have imagined.

I had a good experience with the people in OctaLogo, especially Allen Stanly, head of the project, they understood my needs, also they were open to new ideas and modifications each time I proposed them.
Also, quick email responses from their side.
I would have give them 5 starts, but they were a bit pushy about me getting Extra costs like Copyrighted material, etc. regardless i have told them I didn't want those extra costs.

Paul Smith was kind and helpful. He made an effort to try and understand my needs.

This is my second time working with Octalogo after their amazing work for my first business. Paul Smith has been knowledgeable, professional, and exceeded my expectation for his service. Whenever I need logo or website design Octalogo is my first destination. And I would highly recommend this company to anyone with no reservation.

We received our logo and other packaged items within the time quoted and we are very happy with the final product. The back and forth on the design was very easy and was accomplished through email and documented with a collaboration site. Overall we are happy with the process.

I was in need of a logo! A not so typical logo and I found Jake Miller and he was just super helpful and we was great communicating with me about my ideas and what I was looking for and my expectations. My met my expectations 100% I would recommend him !

What a garbage company. All they try to do is up sell you, every morning you will get a call from a sales rep to add a website add this add that and they want money before they do anything. My mistake I paid ahead of seeing their work, complete junk!! All I needed was business cards... They never reply to your emails, it has been a month i still dont have my email signature and im tired of emailing them. These guys are a joke do not use them if you are running a legitimate business!! My cards look like some kid with a 1988 computer made them lol...ughhh this place what a joke wasted 500usd with these goofs.

I recruited Octalogo to help with a logo design, as well as, set up a blog website. At first, I was a little reluctant to dive in, and spend money on something I thought I could do myself. But, I'm glad I did, money well spent. They have helped me every step of the way, and have done more than just the tasks I asked for; in the way of support, and education. I have been contracting them for approx. a month now, and have no complaints, or concerns. I feel confident that I will get the product I want, how I want it. Furthermore, their turn around time has been exceptional. I would specifically recommend Mike Rudolph, and Ross Spence. I've had nothing, but good service from them both. Based on current performance I'm sure Octalogo will be available to support me down the road as well. If my future experience with Octalogo is any less tthan5 stars I will make sure to amend this review.

We started a non-profit organization last year and Octalogo was the company who helped me start this business. They were very helpful and professional and were always within reach. I know they are a company overseas but do a great job. They charged my credit card twice and immediately refunded my money back. I worked the entire time with Mark Simmons and he was phenomenal.

I always dreamt of starting my own wine'n'dine restaurant at laguna beach and wanted that perfect feel for my branding. Finally I got in touch with my colleague who had previously done business with Octalogo. So i took a leap of faith and invested a good amount of my time and investment into my logo and web design. Surprisingly they did an extraordinary job with my designs and website. Mike was humbled enough to take all of my revisions carefully and was very patient. I would definitely recommend others to try Octalogo's brilliance and get professional services.

Originally I had some issues with Octalogo but have since been communicating with Aaron Hawke. My experience with him was overall positive and he seem to be understanding. He made sure my issues were resolved and added a free SSL certificate to protect my site from hackers. I can not give 5 stars because I feel Octalogo should be able to resolve customer issues before they get out of hand.
