My project was delivered 2 days before the deadline and they even provided me space for revisions. Great team to work with!

Excellent service and LOVE the logo! They had enough designs to review that with minor modifications, we found what we are looking for. I will be recommending them to others- cost effective, efficient help! Very pleased.

Appointed octa logo to design two logos for me last year and again in 2017 along with a banner. There was a small communication problem with the banner but in the end it was all sorted out, the logos and banner looks awesome thank you.

Initially when in saw this company on instagram I was reluctant but determine to get a logo so I said for the black friday sales geting logo with all the different files for $45 why not try it. Aly and James were awesome these guys were always there to answer all my questions very patient and very prompt with responding to emails before the estimated time.James and Aly You’re really good at obtaining first-hand customer information and using this information to improve your products and services. You guys deserve 10 stars and will always speak highly of your company .I have one website building and another one on the way. Way to go Octalogo your team is awesome and they deserve a pat on thier back

Wonderful service. I really loved the care that was put into my logo the changes that I made Mark did them fast and in a hurry and I'm so glad I will use them again if I have other needs

I sent a review on August 25, 2017 and just got a response on Dec. 7, 2017. I really think that response time says it all. They would have been better off not to do anything but instead reminded me of the many promises they made and never cam through.

Initially was nervous, but made the purchase and octalogo came through with some amazing designs - exactly within the timeframe they said. Great company.

The Company completed the artwork I requested and the project manager, Ferris, was very responsive. What I did not like is the fact that at the very end they tried to squeeze more money out of me for what they agreed to provide me. When I asked the person on the chart forum if vector files were included he wrote that they were. When the scammer called me he told me that it would cost me $75.00 for the additional file. He was rude and did not have the courtesy to listen to me...he just kept trying to scam more money from me. It was a sad end to what started out as a very good process and relationship.

Since this post Octalogo has been very responsive to making things right. They apologized for the action of this employee and have provided the vector files that I had requested.

Octalogo is the real deal

I was shopping the internet for getting my new logo and labels done from a vendor that did quality work and reasonable prices. I came across Ocalogo and they had great packages to offer. I talked to Andrew about everything they had to offer and he helped me what was the best for me. I was sold and right there and then paid for there services to do my logo and labels for my business Boobalicious Products.

After I spoke with Andrew I went on line to check their reviews and I was horrified of all the bad review and started getting sick to my stomach that I just paid for service and all these review were bad :(.

I called to cancel and spoke to Jerry Miller about how I was so nervous and not sure I wanted Octalogo to do my work. Jerry was so kind, understanding and made some very valued points about how you can not make everyone happy but saying that he assured me he would manage this project, check in with me to make sure I was happy with everything, make revisions, and make sure I get what exactly what I was asking for.

Well to say that I am more then happy with the outcome of my logo and lables is an understatement. I am in love with everything Octalogo and Jerry has done for my business and brand. Jerry was true to everything he told me and stood behind it.

It was worth every penny and Jerry is the man :).

Will be doing future business with Octalog.

The absolute worst web design ever!!!! They are all talk and no response...I would highly recommend using anyone but Octalogo. They never even finished the job I paid for.

Octalogo has provided us a great professional service for an affordable price for a nonprofit organization like ours. The Octalogo team assigned to our project is fantastic - starting with Ryan Miller who was very accommodating, and the project manager Mark Simmons who has been very cooperative and pleasure to work with.

An overall affordable service. My project manager was Ferris Marvin, who helped me out throughout the entire conceptualization. Although the efficiency of the process could be improved by Octologo, Ferris was great at handling most of my queries.

I am changing my review after successful completion of my project as agreed because I was a bit harsh on these guys, though at the time it was for good reason.

Here's the deal:

Yes, I had issues with my project, and yes it's completion was a very long winded process that was more pain than pleasure at times,

That being said... I will not dispute the quality of their work!

They created a really professional image for my new venture, and even as my account got escalated up the chain, OctaLogo kept its word despite my complaints.

They called me, texted me, emailed me through the account, and so you won't be able to say that they don't communicate or at least try.

As long as you keep up with the logo or website creation process on your end, these guys will NOT disappoint you.

Do they need to work on their branding and communication styles? With some of their employees, yes, but they are a high quality company and I would use them again for any of my projects because they've proven they're dependable.

I reserve 5 star ratings for flawless experiences from beginning to end, and this wasn't that....but 4 stars is a huge nod in their favor for righting both of our missteps and getting a high quality logo done.

Octa Logo is the worst company I have ever used period. Any reviews you read on this company that are positive are fake. I have been working on a design with them since February and it is November and I have nothing. Sometimes it’s weeks before you get any response. So then if you want to talk to customer service , they absolutely will not help you and refer you back to the person who isn’t contacting you back in the first place.
Design Work:
I have contracted out over 100 designs and these guys are terrible. I you want something specific and customized forget it. If you are reading this and got work back from them, there are a thousand designers that could have done better.

Unprofessional work and conduct. Some of the logos they present on their website are quite nice, however, all they provide you is machine generated logos you can easily do for free on many web services. Their money back guarantee is useless. I paid with American Express and they refunded me out of courtesy. I am pretty sure that they didn't follow up with Octagroup as the process would be more expensive than the loss. This is how Octalogo gets away with it
