Alhamdulillah, I had a very good experience booking my Umrah through Ocean breeze. Everything was well organised, communication was clear, and brother Ashir was very helpful throughout the journey. May Allah reward him for his excellent service. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was unable to proceed any further to book my family our trip to Umrah.
Mohammed Asher Azeem was the travel consultant he was kind enough to help build my package over the numerous phone calls and messages and with his charming services only to find out he tricked us with the final payment invoice he wrote in red an over charge amount for our package which was not agreed. He was determined that we pay the deposit as quickly.
It’s very heartbreaking to know that people like him can get one over just to make money. This is the way for them to succeed in cheating people with there false services. I would not recommend them at all they will keep on until they get stung again.

Yes, he did in fact provide an invoice of our package this is in my email as I have proof. Thankfully I did not go ahead with his false invoice package when I realised he was over charging me. I have the right to inform other clients of his false services he aims to provide. You need to take full responsibility of the services you say you will provide them.
We as the clients put all our trust and hard earned money to you. In return We expect a good honest service. This has left me and my family very upset. I now have to spend so much time to start all over again and look for a better reliable agency.

I was initially skeptical about their services but honestly they took care of our umrah arrangements very well. Everything was communicated to us in a timely manner and the team was available on whastapp. I would 💯 percent recommend their services and will use them again in future inshaAllah.

I did Umrah for the first time in November with my siblings and two young infants.
Alhamdulillah, I had a fantastic experience, and can’t fault Ocean Breeze from start to finish, their communication was excellent. I dealt with brother Ashir. I cannot Thank him enough for the guidance and patience that he offered. Going with two young children is daunting but he listened to me and customised it to exactly what I wanted. He gave reassuring advice and put me at ease. He was passionate about offering the best to his clients and this was obvious. His intentions to offer the best for me and my children was heart-warming.
They were incredibly responsive and made sure to address all my questions and concerns promptly. I can assure you I had many questions as I was travelling with two young children, so any mothers out there contact Ocean Breeze.

To all the brothers who drove us in Makkah and Madinah thank you for the kindness and professionalism that you showed. Interacting with all the Taxi drivers added to our beautiful experience.

I would rate the hotels 10/10
Movenpick in Mecca /Zamzam pullman in Madinah.
Breakfast was buffet style.

Saudi Airlines 10/10
Very comfortable, service was great alhamdullilah.

Personally I would not book zamzam in Madinah again as its a long walk to the ladies section of the Haram but close for the mens entrance.

Taxi service 10/10
Very comfortable, polite, trustworthy, and safe drivers
(On the way back, taxi driver was not available so we booked another and ocean breeze were happy to pay for the cost)

Ziyarath was 6/10
Very informative/polite brothers, unfortunately communication was the issue as there was language barrier.

Communication/translation
7/10 in general, you need to make sure the translator speaks fluent English or whatever language you understand.

Advise:
You must book your Rawda visit through the APP asap for madinah when your plane tickets are booked.

For ladies, please make sure your hotel is booked near the ladies entrance gates of the haram in madinah near Zaitoon Restaurant otherwise there is alot of walking involved.

I will definitely recommend Ocean Breeze Travel and hope to use them again in the future in'sha'Allah.

Very good experience. Hotels were very nice, especially Madina hotel was very near to harem. Transfers were on time.
Pegasus airline offers no food at all, not even water. Buying food was very expensive.
