Unfortunate experience which was escalated and sorted
We spent over £5000 in furniture and their customer service set a eta for delivery. When we called to check up on this as had heard nothing regarding the delivery we were told we would receive it 2 months later! We have now decided to refund the whole order and go elsewhere as now we have been given a 4 month lead time as one of the pieces is not in stock and they wanted to charge extra to receive the rest of the items now. Unfortunately it took a manager to sort out the issue and get the furniture delivered before we needed it. However a lot of time was spent sorting out an issue which should not have occurred in the first instance and I shouldnt have had to escalate. Management helpful, customer team really not helpful and require training.

Since your review was posted, we're pleased that our Customer Service Manager was able to contact you directly to discuss the situation and work towards a resolution. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to put things right.
As discussed, our customer service advisor initially provided the correct information based on the limitations of our new ordering system, which does not ordinarily allow separate orders to be merged. However, after further investigation, we were able to identify a workaround that required additional administration and management authorisation beyond what our frontline team would typically have access to. As a result, we have been able to move the blanket box onto the relevant order so that it can be delivered alongside the desk. We can see that both these items have now been delivered, and you have confirmed you are happy with them.
We're also delighted that we have been able to save the order and avoid the need for a refund, as we know how much you were looking forward to receiving your furniture.
We pride ourselves on the standard of our customer service and always aim to find a solution wherever possible. You will see this is evident from the thousands of reviews we have on TrustPilot. The fact that you chose to return and purchase from us again is something we genuinely appreciate, and we believe it reflects both the quality of our furniture and the trust our customers place in us. We certainly never take that loyalty for granted.

Nice furniture good quality oak
Ordered on line so we were a little worried about the quality as we hadn’t seen the furniture before buying. Needn’t have worried, good quality oak tv media centre and small bookcase in the Somerton range. Very pleased and delivery was made with care by the drivers. And the furniture was packaged very well table and chairs too, self assembly by two people recommended as glass top was heavy

Nice quality furniture
I did have quite a wait for my piece of furniture but this was explained at the beginning so I knew that.
I am pleased with my chest of drawers, it is well made and there are no flaws or damage whatsoever. It was well packaged and delivery went smoothly.

We purchased a dining table and chairs…
We purchased a dining table and chairs in February and paid for assembly
The first one had a chunk taken off the corner.
It was replaced with one where the extending mechanism did not work.
Each time we had to take several photos and videos
With the hassle of it being collected, taken away and reassembled why would lie?
We waited much longer for the third because they wanted to test it in the warehouse
This THIRD table is now also no longer extending.
We are now being told we have to go through the whole rigmarole of photos again
If they want photos they can come and take them themselves
I reject this table as unfit for purpose and want a full refund including the cost of assembly
edit : We did not take the photos they sent an 'engineer'
He did manage to pull it out futher than us but not completely. He was unable to put it back in properly.
He agreed this table ( the THIRD) was faulty.
It has now been collected and we received a refund of the cost of the table plus the fitting.
No extra good will gesture for the hassle.

We are very sorry to hear of the ongoing issues you have experienced with your dining table and understand how frustrating this situation must be, particularly given that this is now the third table you have received.
Having reviewed your case, I can see that the first table unfortunately arrived with transit damage and was subsequently replaced. Following the issue reported with the extension mechanism on the second table, we took additional measures before arranging the most recent exchange. The replacement table was assembled and thoroughly checked by our warehouse team, with the extension mechanism tested and a video taken to confirm that it was operating correctly prior to dispatch, which was shared with you.
For this reason, it is disappointing to read that an issue has reoccurred after a period of use. However, it is also something that we need to investigate properly so that we can fully understand the root cause and ensure the correct resolution is provided.
We will always ensure that we adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In situations such as this, our request for photographs and videos is not intended to create additional inconvenience. Instead, it is often the quickest way for us to understand the extent of the issue and, in many cases, helps us speed up the resolution process for our customers.
That said, given the length of time since the last delivery, we would now need to appoint an independent technician to inspect the table. The technician would assess the extension mechanism and either rectify the fault, where possible, or determine whether there is an inherent manufacturing issue.
Should an inherent fault be identified, we would have no issue arranging collection of the table and providing a full refund, including all assembly charges paid. This is a statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it is certainly not something we would ever seek to discourage or avoid.
We pride ourselves on being an honest company and on resolving genuine customer concerns fairly and professionally. Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we kindly ask that we are given the opportunity to complete the appropriate investigation and resolve matters before conclusions are drawn.
Our team remains ready to assist, and we look forward to working with you to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Let down by delivery service but great customer service
I chose Oak & More due to their quality goods and positive reviews. My chest of drawers however arrived damaged and whilst this was dealt with quickly by a helpful customer service agent, the delivery company left me feeling very upset and repeatedly pushed back the collection day. I had wanted to cancel the order, and after much to-ing and fro-ing, and a long conversation with the Customer Services Manager, we came to a resolution. He was extremely good and I'm hoping to have a replacement chest of drawers this week. Fingers crossed it doesn't get changed again.

Blanket Box Damaged
There is a long time to wait for the item to be delivered. It did arrive on time (6-8 weeks). Once delivered, the blanket box is beautifully made and very heavy. Upon closer inspection, it was clear the box was damaged. Having sent photos, it was agreed that the box had been dropped in transit. Staff were excellent and said a replacement would be ordered straight away. Unfortunately, the wait time is long and I won’t receive the replacement until mid October. I’m sure it will be worth it in the end!
