Regarding assembly, the majority of our chairs arrive with the frame already fully assembled, and in most cases only require the seat to be attached using four bolts in pre‑drilled holes. Because the assembly needed is minimal, and the cost for this service via our delivery partners is approximately £12 per chair, most customers choose not to opt for it. However, we appreciate that clearer visibility of this option would have been helpful at the time of ordering.

Fantastic service from order to delivery
Our delivery had to be delayed by ourselves due to an overrunning kitchen installation, which was no problem for Oak & More, and once instructed our dresser arrived within 48 hours.
Delivery was very user friendly with multiple messages, a phone call and link to tracking and when it arrived the unit was taken to the location requested.
We were so pleased with the quality and finish to a lovely real wood piece of furniture and the service we received all the way through the order process that we can only give the highest recommendation to all involved.

Made a special trip to parkgate to view a sideboard I had my eye on their app just checking it right colour, Troy was very welcoming a very nice person, only the sideboard wasn't in the show room, such beautiful furniture though I couldn't walk away without Troy assisting me with my order I made.

Fabulous quality of product and great service received
I had been looking for a new TV stand for a while and happened to come across this company via an advert on Facebook. I instantly fell in love with the extra large loxton TV stand. Another few days of deciding whether to go ahead or not with the purchase and suddenly it was in the weekend sale with an extra £50 off... Of course this made the decision easier and I ordered straight away. It was great that I was able to pre-book a delivery for a few weeks as I was not yet ready for it to arrive due to having work done. The delivery company got in touch and updated me on times etc and were extremely friendly and efficient.
I unboxed my cabinet and it was just how I I had hoped. The quality was fantastic and I was very pleased. I decided to change the door knobs so they matched my other furniture but would highly recommend.

Stunning Furniture
Great company, I ordered two sideboards, rang them to chase delivery, got through straight away, which is unusual with some companies and sorted delivery out straight away for me. The delivery guys were friendly and arrived when they said it would. The cabinets arrived yesterday and I'm blown away with how beautiful they are, the quality is amazing and the bonus is they were £200 cheaper than oak furniture's version, winner 🏆, will definitely use then again, thank u for a great experience.

The Quality of the furniture I…
The Quality of the furniture I purchased is absolutely outstanding very happy. In General the delivery team were okay but they did leave a small amount of rubbish behind on my front lawn, they did do as pre arranged by placing the furniture in the rooms required so I can’t fault them on that, I give 5 out of 5 for the furniture and 4 out of 5 for the delivery service.

Loxton Range
Originally found the perfect furniture online and then discovered they had a store close to me so visited it to take a look at the quality and make sure they were the right ones for me. Troy was extremely helpful when showing me the Loxton range and I subsequently placed the order in store, which duly arrived within two weeks. The items are extremely good quality and are made of durable solid oak, I’m delighted with them.

Truly dreadful delivery company!
So far, very happy with Oak and More. But their delivery company (BJS Home Delivery) is absolutely TERRIBLE! They send tens of emails and text messages - massive over-communication - and then didn't deliver it on the Thursday are arranged. They said they'd deliver it on the Friday - nothing. Then they say the following Tuesday. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS!

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive excessive communication and then still experience multiple changes to the delivery date. This is certainly not the level of service we want any of our customers to receive, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To provide some clarity, the original delivery scheduled for Thursday 23rd July could not be completed due to one of the drivers experiencing a family emergency. Situations like this are rare, but unavoidable, and would always take priority for any member of staff. A re‑delivery was then arranged and successfully completed on Saturday 25th July, and we hope you are happy with your furniture now that it has arrived.
Our Customer Service Manager also attempted to call you this morning to discuss your experience, but you were unfortunately unavailable. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always want the opportunity to understand what more we can do to help. Considering the circumstances, including the genuine emergency and the successful delivery on the second attempt, receiving a 2‑star review does feel quite harsh, but we fully respect your right to share your experience.
If you would be open to speaking with us, we would welcome the chance to discuss this further and see whether there is anything we can do to improve your experience. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
