SCAMMERS !!!!! DONOT BUY FROM THEM. They cancelled my order after I paid online saying that my money would be refunded within 10days - and still waiting

Don't buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but did not realise they were not a NZ company. They are in Romania. My seniors watch came from China, & does not work properly. Their Return Policy page is a scam. They do not reply to the info@ emails and the returns@ email "does not exist" according to the emails that have bounced back to me. The postage to return to Romania is high and the Refund Policy page says that you must not return anything without prior approval. I am now out of pocket.

Bought a little travel USB-chargeble man’s razor arrived 19 January 2026, which stopped working after less than 5 weeks. Shame was quite handy but clearly very shoddily put together. No obvious mechanism for complaints through the website. Lesson learnt.

Senior smart watch - absolute rubbish never worked at all - waste of money

Don't buy from them, Wish I read the reviews first, I bought from them thinking I was buying from a nz company, but they operate from china, the product did arrive 8 days later, but it's cheap quality definitely not worth the money I paid.

Reversing camera was rubbish and I couldn’t get it to Bluetooth to phone to view image as advertised. Had to download an app and still couldn’t get it working.
Very cheap and nasty product for price.

Purchased some insoles. Easy to put into your shoes. Good for people who work retail, in a hospital, teachers, etc. Long lasting comfort.

Good range of products and overall solid experience. The jumper I bought was soft and fit well, but it took an extra couple of days to arrive. Apart from that, I’m happy with the purchase, I got a mini camera at a resonable price, but don't expect the world.

The bird feeder I purchased arrived damaged, as it was not packaged well. Just chucked in a box with no filler to keep from moving within the box. MY BIGGEST bugbear is nzmartys two email options came back as “address not found”!

Portable SSD card doesnt even work! Took weeks to arrive, not an NZ company, not getting my $$ back.

The shoes I ordered are nothing like the add. In fact it's a danger concern.

Your company could improve by not advertising as a NZ company when infact your a chinese company. I only ordered my item as I believed i was buying in locally in NZ as it was required urgently. To now find i have to wait on its arrival from China. I am reporting your company to the NZ authorities first thing tomorrow. This is against NZ laws.
I may as well of gone to Wish or Temu..instead of a false NZ company operating out of China

COMPANY NOT TRUST WORTHY i bought a bunion device it firstly did not look like the picture. i am an engineer i carfuly chose off the picture and the one that arrived as i would not have bought this one is not designed well. is not strong enough to even feel i am wearing it! i cant adjust it the adjustment knob on my foot i have to take it off and turn it then is so coarse one click on the adjuster is 5mm so only realy 3 clicks in total loose to max. The device just bends any way the one that arrived is much larger than the one in the image and designed differently and also the straps to short hardly reach around my foot and i am a us size9 so not big. ive modifyed it to eve get it to apply some pressure.

I bought a "4tb external SSD" and immediately bench tested when it arrived. Total 7gb available, total size 300gb but unavailable. Returns email bounces back. No response to phone message. Requested chargeback from my CC provider.

Do not trust this supplier for anything

After purchasing a Game Boy 265s, I read the reviews for Nzmartys. I went into freak mode thinking they were a scam as based in Romania. I emailed Nzmartys twice with no response. I thought I had been scammed. I was able to track the product and noted it came from China. The product arrived in NZ 11 days from order date which is good for this time of year. Also the product I ordered appears legit and is all wrapped up under the Xmas tree. Other than the non-response via email from Nzmartys things went to plan.

Warning , Do not deal with this Company.

No customer support. Not sure why it is an NZ email address if everything comes from China. Tried to contact regarding my parcel, no one to talk to. Better ordering from SHEIN or Temu.

I ordered 3 items and they are substandard and my guess everything is from Temu and at way inflated prices.
I have asked to return everything and it will be interesting to see their response

I ordered from the nzmartys website kinseology face tape in beige. What arrived after almost 2weeks is kinesology Russian support tape for knee and shoulder pain. Item. Item code completely different.
Would I encourage others to purchase from this website, no I wouldn’t. One very dissatisfied customer.
