DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Weeks down the line and still no refund. A refund that they proposed and I agreed to. Just awful.

Soon after the order of 6 months supply discovered this scam.
Immediately contacted this online company asked for refund.
Unfortunately, my emails couldn’t be delivered, therefore I couldn’t stop receiving the “products”.

That was 16/03 today is 18/04 and Kenny wanting to send me more of his stuff I DID NOT subscribed for.

Red flags all the way !

Bank is investigating ever since.

Total communication breakdown, DO NOT order from Uvora !

I also got sucked in by Uvora’s deceptive business practices by receiving an additional six bottles of Milk Thistle that I Did NOT request.
I have requested via email that I got from TrustPilot ( since Uvora make it difficult to contact them) requesting a Return Authorization Number to enable me to return the unrequested product, at their expense, for a full and immediate refund.
Thanks to the help of TrustPilot I may get the results I need without delay.

Do not buy from this company.
They took two unauthorised payments from my account, I have repeatedly requested to be refunded and I am being ignored.
I did not subscribe for repeat orders.

This company are the pits - exactly as previous reviews, said I had signed up to a subscription, never did, said they would refund my money - never did. Sent me a lovely email apologies etc, then took another payments!
Absolute scam - ring your bank and ask them to stop any future payments.

Terrible company, do not buy from them. Same as a lot of the reviews.I purchased a one time purchase, however now on a subscription and despite contacting them twice and the company confirming they have cancelled the subscription. I am yet again being charged and have a pending order. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Awful company, do not use! A one time purchase became a monthly subscription and still no success in getting a refund. This is theft and this company should be avoided!

Scammed. Ordered. Put me on a repeat order. Took the money and no refund. Promised promised and promised but no refund. SCAM.

Do not have anything to do with this company, keep taking my money, impossible to cancel, had to get on to my bank to block payment.

I didnt realise when I ordered the product that I would be sent 4 months worth of products every month and when I contacted them to cancel it, they advised that it was cancelled. Next month I was charged again and they advised that they would refund, no refund was given and then another amount was taken. DO NOT TRUST this company. I have had to cancel my card.

Hi, I would advise anyone who reads this and has provided bank details to this company to call your bank immediately, block further payments and initiate a payback claim. I would also advise you report to whatever authority you can to aid with getting this company's website shut down.

Do not order - they will not cxl your subscription and keep charging even after they have confirmed cancellation.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this terrible company. I made a one off order for Milk Thistle supplements and Uvora turned it into a subscription. I contacted them immediately to cancel the subscription and I received a really nice email to say they had cancelled the subscription and would refund the money back to my account. I didn’t receive a refund and another amount was taken out of my account. I emailed them immediately and received another email saying my account had been cancelled and they would refund me, months later and after many emails I am still waiting for my refund and the tablets have never arrived. I will have to go into the bank to make a fraudulent claim against Uvora - why are they allowed to get away with this?

Dreadful experience. Bought Milk thistle but was charged again. They claimed I joined a subscription service. This was not clear or transparent at time of purchase. I wrote again and cancelled but have been charge again.
Avoid at all costs

This company are the pits , they are fraudulently taking money from accounts saying we have subscribed. They email back apologising and promising with the utmost urgency to refund your account . I am contacting my bank to make sure they do not take any more money from my account. Avoid at all costs !!!

Uvora is a scam they steal from the public.I you order 1 product they immediately Subscribe you and they start drawing money out of your bank account without your permission!!!If you want to Stop them they have many excuses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE REALLY BAD NEWS!!!

I ordered a one off 6 month supply . No account so no details and nothing to say it was a subscription but something on the acknowledgement email made me wonder. I had no account so I couldn’t check and cancel if needed.
I sent an email saying I didn’t want a subscription. I received an email saying definitely not on subscription. So 4 weeks later they take £63.99 and say another 6 months supply is on its way. Why would anyone want 6mth supply every week
After 8 weeks numerous email many ignored I got my money back. I have blocked them from my bank. Do not use this company

Taken in by a wholesome backstory on Facebook of product sourced in NZ & needed a liver detox to counteract prescription drugs so did 2for1 order. A extra 15% off initial order code never arrived by email as promised. Confirmed quickly & waited, & waited, & waited. A month or more later, get a tracking no & find it’s come from China.
Arrived eventually & started taking - 1/day as stated. No problems. No details of Origen of product on it. Three weeks into my first tub of four, I get a confirmation of despatch of repeat order?? Replied & cancelled order and asked for explanation. Confirmation stated payment being taken from a different card to mine. They replied quickly & said I’d ticked the repeat subscription box. Hadn’t even see one (& going in on another device to place an ‘initial order’ through to payment, there was no visible evidence of one.). Tried to offer me a 50% discount off my next ‘subscription’ order. Found the second order had been debited to my original card but basically trusted the product so accepted it but emailed firmly cancelling any ongoing subscription. They have confirmed but can I trust that?? Order just arrived in just a couple of weeks.
Now have 7 months supply & only just finishing my first tub. Was very dubious about this company after initial order problems & wonder what the contents would prove to be if I had them analysed. Reckon the whole thing is a big con unfortunately.
