Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Online payment
Placed an order payment went through and then I got an email the next day saying it didn’t go through. Wasn’t a payment issue more an online payment issue and then when I went to try again the products I wanted were sold out.

my experience was not good
my experience was not good. I visited the Canterbury store in Hornby Christchurch , where the staff behaved very rudely with me. I also made a complaint, send many emails to Canterbury customer services but I did not receive any response from them. Because of this, I would not recommend the Canterbury brand to anyone.

Have made a few purchases, latest being an oversized hoodie. The service is super fast. The items are always beautiful quality, without paying for an overpriced logo. Have been trying to contact with No success. Only spoken to a person who has English as a 2nd language. Said a supervisor would contact. That was a week ago. Not good enough. Thought this was still a great NZ company but have my doubts. Probably won’t buy again.

Wrong item delivered. Online chat advised someone will contact me but 2 weeks later still no contact. There is no email i can contact customer service. This is absolutely horrible experience, such a shameful kiwi legendary brand!

Exceeded expectations
Exceeded expectations, I paid for express and it arrived the next morning. I didn’t expect it to be that quick. Both pair of rugby boots fits perfectly. Will be getting rugby gear through here from now on. Top it off I bought a pair for boots for just $50 how good is that.
