Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. Untrustworthy seller
Size 11s were shown online, place the order all confirmed then 10 days later get an email saying payment failed.
After wasting 15 mins on chat was told they didn't have any size 11s.
Pretty disappointed, lack of trust after being lied too.
This post update is after being contacted by canterbury customer support due to my 1 star.
The customer rep informed me to again update my payment to process the order, which again I did, again the money was returned.
Today I called customer services to be told sorry theyre not in stock!
So I got stuffed around a second time!
They have lost a long time customer and I will definitely share my experience to reduce this risk for others.
