As with last time, 3 weeks after receiving a return they have not issued a refund. A couple of platitudinous emails saying how they understood how frustrating it is etc etc. Totally rubbish service, wont use them again. Buy their clothes from John Lewis who have an excellent returns service.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of petite NYD jeans at $180.00 each CAD because my past experience had been great with fit and fabric. My 15 year old NYDJs fit and feel ten times better than the new ones, which are just wrong everywhere. They are 3 different styles and colors. I waited too long so can’t return them. I’ll try to sell them on consignment somewhere.

I can't remember where I bought jeans before I found NYDJ ... back in the dark ages of ill-fitting jeans that didn't last long.
Now, I buy jeans that fit perfectly in all sorts of styles and colors, nearly all at a discount. Free shipping, free returns, fabulous service and rewards points ... what's not to love?

I never received Teresa Wide Leg Jeans which I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas. I reached NYDJ three times by e-mail but never got any response. I called them but they would not return my call.
I requested a refund but again they overlooked me.
What kind of decent company treat their customers like this?

The garment was quite flimsy and did not look durable at all.
Delivery service was poor and returns are expensive and complicated.

I recently purchased the Marilyn Coated Jeans in a size 8 which came up too large. Having initiated the return and refund process, I noticed that the refund amount shown on the return label was £60, despite the fact that I actually paid £72. The refund does not match the price I paid.

Considering that I have already re-ordered two pairs in size 6, which are currently on their way to me, I am disappointed to see this discrepancy. It does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a brand of this reputation. I hope a resolution & prompt response to fix this oversight will be addressed.

I am slightly perplexed by the previous reviews as my experience was a positive one. I sent for two pairs of jeans which were delivered (from the USA) within a week of ordering. Sadly neither were suitable but found the returns procedure very straightforward. I have today received my refund, again, within a week of returning. Would definitely recommend.

I put an order in over two months ago. I enquired about it a month into the order. They hadn’t shipped anything. I enquired again two weeks later and heard nothing back from anyone.
I now asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money since they haven’t shipped it yet. They replied saying they can’t do that and to ask for a shipping label to return said items. I DON’T HAVE SAID ITEMS!
Terrible service and communication. I wonder if I’ll ever receive the items? I won’t need them by the time they do arrive. IF they arrive

I received my order, everything was smooth and the items were actually good and legit.
I returned 2 items from my order for size problems, they chose the delivery company DHL which is totally fine. And everything was running smoothly.
Dhl tracking shows that NYDJ received the returned package on the 5th of March.
The website stated that a confirmation for a refund should be received 5-10 working days.
I emailed them on the 11th working day asking for the status of my refund. No reply.
Emailed them again today 25th of March. Still no reply.
I truly think they are scammers.
Do not buy from them at all!! They do not honor their policy and i believe i am never gonna see that refund.

Don't buy ANYTHING from this website!!!!! We ordered a pair of very expensive jeans. 1 month on and they have taken our money, not sent our order and are not contactable on either their email or telephone. Despite leaving countless messages we have heard nothing. We phoned the UK site to help us with this situation and they stated they could do nothing to help (despite being part of the same company). They refused to assist in any way. So we are left with NO product and NO refund. Absolutely appalling experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Deleted previous review after saying this was a scam website. Well - my jeans arrived today almost two months after ordering. And after badgering them and a not very complimentary review here! Once I had posted it they were in touch!

So all good here. Will buy again, knowing it may take time for items to arrive. Discount too good not to buy

Items shipped from America to America don't need to stop for customs.

6 weeks still no order. It's supposed to arrive today. I expect a crappy product.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from the "NYDJ.com" site not knowing which size would fit best. Like others, I didn't realise they were travelling from the States. It could be made clearer on their site. The jeans arrived in the allotted time scale. Although returning the jeans to the USA is expensive, £12, the savings I made (£80) ordering from here & not the UK, more than made up for the returns postage. My refund took a few days longer than a UK site. However, that is to be expected. After all, they were travelling back to the States. It would be nice if the UK market could enjoy the lower prices of the USA customers, without having to purchase the same product from the USA. The carbon footprint is questionable, & goes against many of our principles!! A saving of £80 is not to be scoffed at though. So I am afraid I am guilty of brushing it aside over the savings. Thank you for your good customer service.

Returned 3 pairs of jeans, they received them on Dec 8th. today is Dec 14th - not a pick from them. Customer service does not respond to all emails, and if they do, it usually 5 days after my initial request. Still waiting for refund...for these prices customer service should be top notch, but it is far from it.
