I ordered two chairs for my winter garden. One of the chair had some defects. It was replaced in a few days. Unfortunately the replaced chair has another problem. Again, it was replaced soon.

Rebecca was the customer service to make all these replacements fast. Rebecca's service was excellent. Great experience. I highly recommend North West Office Furniture.

Ordered from here a couple of times now, ordering is easy they even call to arrange delivery. As for the quality of the products they are excellent, the price is great and I'm really impressed with the quality and ease to put together. Definitely will use again

What an amazing company! Easy to order, answered my question about stock in a matter of minutes. Customer support is first class! The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The product itself is well-made, easy to assemble, and all for a very affordable price. Will definitely use again, keep up the good work :-)

The office chair i purchased was delivered direct from the manufacturer. It had some damage and was, in my opinion, poor quality compared to a near identical chair i bought many years earlier. NWOF were very quick to respond to my e-mails and offered a replacement or refund. I chose a refund, so they arranged next day collection. Whilst it is always frustrating that companies can take money from your credit card in minutes yet take a week or more to organise refunds, nevertheless i received a full refund within a reasonable timeframe. With so many companies trying hard to ignore you & making it difficult to contact them once you have a problem, i'm happy to report i had no such issues with NWOF, who were co-operative throughout.

Great office desk/pedestal. So well built. Well packaged and delivery as promised.

Top service!! there was small issue which was of no fault of the retailer but they were very quick to help sort it out.

Absolute bliss dealing with the Customer Service team. I was concerned over shipping not available on a weekend. They were super efficient and quick in replying and were able to work around my availability.

NWOF dealt with a major issue from an order with production flaws (no fault of NWOFs at all) in a quick, professional manner with a focus on providing an excellent customer service and experience. They pulled out all the stops possible and I highly commend them on the way in which they actively resolved each issue.

In todays climate of poor customer service and experience, NWOF are leaders in showing how things should be done and I can't recommend them enough.

I emailed two queries on Sunday and received a response early Monday from Rebecca.....confirming that they can deliver Universal filing cabinets for no extra charge to a specific room in our 5th floor flat in 3-5 days, but this does not include unwrapping. I ordered on Monday, received a call Tuesday morning offering delivery on Wednesday......and the cabinets were delivered Wednesday by helpful drivers. The 3 and 4 drawer Universal filing cabinets in white were well packed and were of excellent quality and finish, with full access to the rear of each drawer! They were under half the price of other similar cabinets on the internet. They do need turning on their side to unscrew the two wooden travelling skids, using an electric crosshead screwdriver, but, as former deputy MD of Courts (Furnishers) and cabinet buyer, this was no problem! I wanted an oriental feel to my decking with red plants & found red acrylic chairs online @ hugely varying prices .I went with North West Office Furniture & it’s by far the best choice I’ve ever made,Rebecca in customer service is particularly helpful has the skills of making you feel important to them great asset to the company I had delivery problems they tried to deliver to a similar named address in the village following the brown signs & not the postcode finally saying I would have to pay delivery costs again ! Rebecca soon sorted them out & pointed out their mistake.I was so pleased with the quality of the chairs really heavy good quality very stylish comfortable & expensive looking Many thanks to Rebecca

Absolutely amazing company, the chairs I got were amazing and look so good at both mine and my partners desks. Customer service was impeccable, shout out to Jamie who solved everything incredibly quickly and with no hassle at all. Highly recommend North West Office Furniture. Quick delivery
Product looks good however unsure about the quality . Ordered two filing cabinets however one of the drawers has ‘dropped’ on one of the cabinets and on the second cabinet one of the drawers is difficult to open .
Going to put up with it as couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending them back☹️

Excellent customer service. Great desk chair at sizeable discount. Delighted to find that they do a pre build service- at extra cost but so worth it! Delivered extremely quickly, carefully packaged.

This company were exceptionally good!
I bought a new executive office chair (£300+) back in February and in May I noticed a small cut in the leather on the armrest. It could have been caused by me as I hadn't noticed it before but this company exchanged the whole chair for a new one with no fuss - Rebecca in customer care was brilliant and really helpful.
This company are selling on value for money and price competitiveness but their service is well beyond what many 'Premium Office Furniture' suppliers offer and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having been looking for a good quality but reasonable priced desk for a teenagers bedroom for some time, I was happy to stumble accross this company.
The desk arrived within days of placing the order. Unfortunately, two of the three parcels had been damaged by the courier company. I called straight away and replacement parts were sent out the very same day.
The staff there are so helpful & friendly, namely Jamie & Rebecca in customer services. I highly recommend this company. Good quality product at a very good price.

Placed an order with a long lead time that I was aware of when ordering. However due to issues with courier services from their supplier I did not get my items within the specified time. With the NWOF Team constantly chasing and asking for updates on the situation that was out of their control they remained professional and supportive throughout the process which concluded in a positive output. A new courier was appointed who kept me up to date with all stages of the delivery and even offered to unpack and place the item where I wanted it. Thank you NWOF for seeing this through to the end.
